Claims (8)

1. Förfarande för framställning av terapeutiskt an-vändbara N-(piperidinyl-alkyl)karboxamider med formeln I ·-· / \ R-Ar,-CO-NH-alk-N ·~Χ-Αγ, (I), ' \ / 2 ·-· i vilken R betecknar C1_4-alkoxi, hydroxi eller halogen, Ar^ betecknar eventuellt med C1_4-alkyl, halogen, C1_4-alkoxi, cyano, halogen-C1_4-alkyl, karbamoyl, Cj^.g-alkoxikarbonyl, C^^-alkylamino, sulfamoyl, di-C1_4-alkylsulfamoyl, C1-4-alkyltio, C1_4-alkansulfinyl och/eller C1_4-alkansulfonyl substituerad fenylen eller pyridylen, alk betecknar C^y-alkylen, X betecknar karbonyl, hydroximetylen eller metylen och Ar2 betecknar eventuellt med halogen substituerad fenyl eller tienyl, förutsatt att C1_4-alkylamino substituent av Arj inte kan vara bunden i orto-ställning med avseende pä gruppen -CO-NH-, och för framställning av salter därav, kännetecknat därav, att a) en förening med formeln R-A^-Xj^ (Ha), väri betecknar karboxi eller reaktionsduglig funktionellt omvand-lad karboxi, kondenseras med en förening med formeln Hb 45 8001 9 ·-· H-N-alk-N •-X-Ar, (lib) 2 \ / 2 ·-· eller ett salt därav, eller b) föreningar med formlerna Ilia och mb X« ·-· /2 / \ R-Arf-CO-N^ (Ilia) och X^-N *-X-Ar2 (Illb), Xj ·-· i vilka X2 betecknar väte, en av resterna Xj och x4 beteck-nar väte och den andra en grupp med formeln -alk-x5 och x5 är reaktionsduglig förestrad hydroxi, eller för framställ-ning av förenlngarna med formeln I, vari alk betecknar alky-len med 2 eller 3 medlemmar, innehällande 2 till högst 7 C-atomer, föreningar med formlerna Ilia och Illb, i vilka X2 och X3 betecknar tillsammans en rest alk', varvid alk' betecknar alkylen med 2 eller 3 medlemmar, innehällande 2 till högst 7 C-atomer och x4 är väte, eller salter därav, konden-seras intermolekylärt, eller c) för framställning av föreningar med formeln I, vari alk betecknar en alkylengrupp med 2 tili högst 7 kolatomer, vilken ätskiljer de bäda N-atomerna frän varandra med 2-3 C-atomer, en förening med formeln IVa o /\ R-Ar.-C alk' (IVa), 1 \/ N i vilken alk' betecknar en alkylengrupp med 2 tili högst 7 kolatomer, vilken ätskiljer C- och N-atomerna fr&n varandra med 2-3 C-atomer, omsätts med en förening med formeln IVb 46 8001 9 • -· / \ H-N *-X-Ar„ (IVb) \ / 2 • -· eller, om sä önskas, en förening med formeln I eller ett sait därav, väri Ar-L är cyano, hydrolyseras eller alkoholyseras tili en förening med formeln I eller ett sait därav, väri Arj_ är karba-moyl eller respektive C2_5~alkoxikarbonyl, eller en förening med formeln I eller ett sait därav, väri R betecknar C1_4-alkoxi, överförs, med hjälp av eteravspalt-ning i en förening med formeln I, väri R är hydroxi, eller en förening med formeln I eller ett sait därav, väri X betecknar karbonyl, reduceras tili en förening med formeln I eller ett sait därav, väri X är hydroximetylen, eller en fri förening med formeln I överförs i ett sait eller ett sait överförs i en fri förening med formeln I eller i ett annat sait.

Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, känneteck-n a t därav, att man utgär frän föreningarna med formeln Ila, väri betecknar metoxi- eller etoxikarbonyl, 1-etoxi-vinyloxikarbonyl, 2-(N-etylkarbamoyl)-vinyloxikarbonyl, 1,3-dicyklohexyl-2-isoureidokarbonyl, 4-nitro-fenoxikarbo-nyl, etoxi- eller isobutyloxi-karbonyloxikarbonyl, klorkar-bonyl eller 1-imidazolylkarbonyl.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, k ä n -netecknat därav, att man utgär frän föreningarna med formlerna Ila och Hb och kondenseringen utförs i närva- 47 8001 9 ro av ett basiskt kondenseringsmedel.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet l, k ä n n e - t e c k n a t därav, att man utgär frän föreningarna med formlerna Ha och Hb, väri Xx betecknar karboxi och reaktionen utförs med ett dehydratiseringsmedel.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att man utgär frän föreningarna med formlerna lila och mb, väri X5 betecknar halogen, och kondenseringen utförs i närvaro av en bas.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, k ä n-netecknat därav, att man framställer 5-cyano-N-[2- [4-(p-fluorbensoyl)-piperidinyl]-etyl]-2-metoxi-bensamid el-ler ett sait därav.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, k ä n-netecknat därav, att man framställer 4-klor-5-cyano-N-[2-[4-(p-fluorbensoyl)-piperidinyl]-etyl]-2-metoxibensamid eller ett sait därav.
