Claims (9)
1. Polyuretan med stor slaghällfasthet, stor böjmodul och minst 50°C:s värmedeflektionstemperatur vid spänningen 1,82 MPa, kännetecknat av att det är en reaktionsprodukt av följande ämnen: (a) ett organiskt polyisocyanat, som är 4,4'-metylenbis (fenylisocyanat) eller dess blandning med upp tili 70 vikt-% motsvarande 2,4'-isomer, (b) ett med isocyanatet reagerande material, vars genomsnittliga funktionalitet är 1,9, glastemperatur (Tg) under 20°C och molekylvikt ca 500-20 000; och (c) ätminstone en kedförlängare med funktionaliteten 2-3 och molekylvikten ca 50-400; varvid det med isocyanatet reagerande materialets (b) viktmängd i nämnda polyuretan är ca 2-25 % och helhetsförhällandet mellan isocyanatgrupperna och de aktiva vätegrupperna i nämnda reagenser för framställning av nämnda polyuretan är ca 0,95:1-1,05:1.
2. Polyuretan enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att mängden av nämnda komponent (b) är ca 4-15 vikt-% räknat pä vikten av nämnda polyuretan.
3. Polyuretan enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att komponent (b) bestär av polyeterpolyol.
4. Polyuretan enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat av att polyeterpolyolen valts bland (a) polyoxipropylen-polyoxi-etylentrioler med en primär hydroxylhalt pä minst ca 80 % och en molekylvikt pä ca 2000 - 20 000 och (b) polyteträmetylenglykol.
5. Polyuretan enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att komponent (b) bestär av polyesterpolyol.
6. Polyuretan enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att nämnda 4,4'-metylenbis(fenylisocyanat) eller dess blandning med 2,4'-isomeren är i vätskeform vid omgivningens temperatur och har erhällits genom att (a) konvertera en smärre mängd av det tili motsvarande karbodiimid eller (b) omsätta 4,4'-metylenbis (fenylisocyanat·) eller dess blandning med 2,4 '-isomeren med en smärre mängd av ätminstone en alifatisk diol.
