Abstract
【解決手段】 ポリウレタンプレポリマーと固形ポリアミンを不活性化した潜在性凝固剤を主成分とする熱凝固性組成物にガスを加圧混合して得た流体状混合組成物aを発泡させ、凝固臨界温度以上に加熱し凝固させて、所要断面形状の帯状に成形させてある弾性帯状材。前記流体状混合組成物aを樹脂押出機1から押出して発泡させ、これを液体又は気体の加熱域2内に案内し、移送中に凝固させ、外形を任意形状に整形後、加熱域2内から取り出すようにした方法。

Claims (6)
- ポリウレタンプレポリマーと固形ポリアミンを不活性化した潜在性凝固剤を主成分とする熱凝固性組成物にガスを加圧混合して得た流体状混合組成物(a)を発泡させ、凝固臨界温度以上に加熱し凝固させて所要断面形状の帯状に成形させてある弾性帯状材。
- ポリウレタンプレポリマーと固形ポリアミンを不活性化した潜在性凝固剤を主成分とする熱凝固性組成物にガスを加圧混合して流体状混合組成物(a)を形成し、この流体状混合組成物(a)を樹脂押出機(1)の押出しノズル(1a)から所要太さに押出して発泡させ、未凝固状態のまま凝固臨界温度以上に加熱してある加熱域(2)内に案内し、該加熱域(2)内の移送中に加熱して凝固させるとともに外形を任意の形状に整形した後、加熱域(2)内から取り出し常温下まで冷却させて所要断面形状の弾性を備えた樹脂帯状材(b)を得る弾性帯状材の製造方法。
- ポリウレタンプレポリマーと固形ポリアミンを不活性化した潜在性凝固剤を主成分とする熱凝固性組成物にガスを加圧混合して流体状混合組成物(a)を形成し、この流体状混合組成物(a)を樹脂押出機(1)の押出しノズル(1a)から所要太さに押出して発泡させ、未凝固状態のまま凝固臨界温度以上の温度に加熱してある高温の液体加熱域(2)内に案内し、該液体加熱域(2)内の移送中に加熱し凝固させるとともに、外形を任意の形状に整形した後、加熱域(2)内から取り出し常温下まで冷却させて所要断面形状の弾性を備えた樹脂帯状材(b)を得る弾性帯状材の製造方法。
- ポリウレタンプレポリマーと固形ポリアミンを不活性化した潜在性凝固剤を主成分とする熱凝固性組成物にガスを加圧混合して流体状混合組成物(a)を形成し、この流体状混合組成物(a)を樹脂押出機(1)の押出しノズル(1a)から所要太さに押出して発泡させ、未凝固状態のまま凝固臨界温度以上の温度に加熱してある温度雰囲気の気体加熱域(2)内に案内し、該気体加熱域(2)内の移送中に加熱し凝固させるとともに外形を任意の形状に整形した後、加熱域(2)内から取り出し常温下まで冷却させて所要断面形状の弾性を備えた樹脂帯状材(b)を得る弾性帯状材の製造方法。
- 熱凝固性組成物を収容するタンク(11)と、該タンク(11)内にガスを加圧供給するガス注入管(12)と、流体状混合組成物(a)を押し出す押出しノズル(1a)とを備えた樹脂押出機(1)と、該押出しノズル(1a)から押し出されて発泡した未凝固状態の流体状混合組成物(a)を受け取り加熱液体(2a)内に案内し、同液体(2a)内を移送させる回転体(22)を備えた液体タンク(21)と、前記回転体(22)を回転駆動するモーター(23)と、前記回転体(22)の外周面に形成された流体状混合組成物(a)の受け取り案内溝(24)と、該案内溝(24)に近接して対向配置された表面整形体(25)と、受熱凝固した樹脂帯状材(b)を液体タンク(21)の外に案内する取り出し案内体(26)とを備えた加熱域構成体(2A)とからなる弾性帯状材の製造装置。
- 熱凝固性組成物を収容するタンク(11)と、該タンク(11)内にガスを加圧供給するガス注入管(12)と、流体状混合組成物(a)を押し出す押出しノズル(1a)とを備えた樹脂押出機(1)と、該押出しノズル(1a)から押し出されて発泡した未凝固状態の流体状混合組成物(a)を受け取り、加熱気体(2b)内に案内し、同気体(2b)内を移送させる回転体(42)を備えた加熱室(41)と、前記回転体(42)を回転駆動するモーター(43)と、前記回転体(42)の外表面に形成された組成物(a)の受け取り案内溝(44)と、該案内溝(44)に近接して対向配置された表面整形体(45)と、受熱凝固した樹脂帯状材(b)を回転体(42)から外に案内する取り出し案内体(46)とを備えた加熱ブース(4)とからなる弾性帯状材の製造装置。
