Claims (11)
1. Med hydrauliska bindemedel framstallda, fiberaktiga fasta produkter, kannete cknade därav, att de som förstärk-ningsfibrer innehäller fibrer, som är akrylnitrilpolymerater, vil-ka akrylnitrilenheters molära styrka är 98 - 100 $, vilka fibrer bevarar sin hällfastegenskap under bindningsprocessen och därefter.
2. Produkt enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att fibrerna har en styrka av ätminstone 50 cN/tex och en brottöj-ning av hogst 15
3. Produkt enligt patentkraven 1 och 2, kännetecknad därav, att fibrerna har en jämnkvalitetslängd av 3 - 24 mm.
4. Produkt enligt patentkraven 1 och 2, kännetecknad därav, att fibrerna har en icke-enhetlig längdfördelning upp till 30 mm.
5. Produkt enligt patentkraven 3 eller 4, kännetecknad därav, att fibrerna behandlats med en fibrillerande malning.
6. Produkt enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 -4, kännetecknad därav, att fibrerna töjts flera gänger och eventuellt genom varmfästning.
7. Produkt enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknad därav, att fibrernas titer är 0,1 - 15 dtex.
8. Produkt enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknad därav, att den tillverkats enligt elimineringsmetod, t.ex. genom att använda spolmaskiner, rundvira, vira, injektions-anordningar, filterpressar och/eller enligt en kontinuerlig enkel-munstycksmetod.
9. Produkt enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknad därav, att den är i skiv-, korrugerad skiv-, rör-och profilform, speciellt för byggnadsbranschen.
