Claims (25)
1. Anordning för sprayning av en gasformig, vätskeformig eller pasta-formig produkt (12), vilken anordning omfattar en produkten inne-hällande inre päse (13) av formföränderligt oexpanderbart anne, i vilken päses tömningsända (16) finns en öppning, och den mittemot belägna, slutna ändan (14) bildas av päsens väggr en yttre beklädnad (18) omkring päsen (13), matningsorgan (34) för produkten i anslutning till päsens utloppsöppning, en ventilanordning (20) mellan päsens utmatningsorgan och utloppsöppningen för att tömma päsen (13) pä produkten, en läng styv kärndel (1) med en konstant längd inne i päsen (13) med en första (5) och en andra ända (4), vilken ventilanordning (20) monterats vid kärndelens (1) första ända (5), känneteck-n a d därav, att kärndelens (1) tvärsnittsyta är ätminstone 40 * större än den i samma pian belägna yttre beklädnadens (18) inre tvärsnitt, dä beklädnaden är oexpanderbar, varvid den beklädnad (18) som omger den kärndelen innehällande päsen (13), utvidgas radiellt frän kärndelens (1) längdaxel och samtidigt i huvudsak hälls oexpanderbar i axelns riktning, och päsens (13) största päfyllningsvolym bildar maximigränserna för beklädnadens (18) utvidgning, vilka gränser hälls inom gränserna för den linjära uttänjningen av beklädnadens (18) gummiliknande makromolekylära ämne.
2. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att kärndelens slutna ända (4) är avrundad och dess yta slät och fri frän utspräng.
3. Anordning enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknad därav, att päsen (13) har en sluten botten (14) , varvid kärndelens (1) runda ända (4) med slät yta är pä ett avständ frän päsens botten.
4. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att päsen (13) bestär av en veckad laminatskiva, som är svetsad vid dess ovanpä belägna kanter (15) med undantag för omrädet vid utströmnings-öppningen.
5. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att den yttre beklädnadsdelen (18) har formen av ett rör med tvä ändor, 64060 30 varvid rörets övre ända (24) är tätt fästad vid päsen (13) eller kärn-delen eller vid bäda, varvid rörets (18) nedre ända (19) är öppen och riktad nedät mot ena sidan av päsen (13) och bottnen (14).
6. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att pressorgan (26, 28), som tätt förbinder rörets (18) övre ända (24) och päsens (13) övre ända (14) med kärndelen (1) närä den senares första ända (5).
7. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att kärndelens (1) diameter är ätminstone 50 % större än diametern av den outvidgade beklädnadsdelens (18) inre del.
8. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att kärndelens (1) diameter är ätminstone 75 % större än diametern av den outvidgade beklädnadsdelens (18) inre del.
9. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att tili päsen (13) hör ett antal fingrar (17), belägna runt dess utström-ningsmunstycke, vilka anordnats för placering ovanom beklädnadsdelens (18) övre öppna ända och runt den yttre ytan.
10. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att den yttre beklädnadsdelen (18) är ett rör extruderat av natur-kautschuk.
11. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att den yttre beklädnadsdelen (18) tillverkats genom sprutgjutning av syntetiskt material av elastomertyp.
12. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att tili päsen (13) hör regleringsorgan för att stänga ventilorganet, dä trycket i päsen är otillräckligt för att utspruta den däri befint-liga produkten.
13. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att tili päsen (13) hör en halsdel (16) med en utströmningsöppning och en ansats, belägen pä ett avständ frän halsdelen vid dess övre 31 64060 ända, varvid päsen har formats frän halsdelen tili ansatsen, sä att den bildar en bägformig linje.
14. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att tili päsen (13) hör en hals (16) med en utströmningsöppning, varvid den del av piisen, som är närmast haisen, är försedd med en ansats och att den del av piisen, som är längre frän ansatsen, är försedd med sömmar av accordeon-typ.

Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att pÄsen (13) gjorts av laminerat membranmaterial, vars form kan förändras, vilket material ätminstone har tre skikt, det yttersta skiktet bestäende av polyester, mellanskiktet av aluminiumfolie och det innersta skiktet av polyeten eller polypropen, varvid sistnämnda skikt är avsett att koirana i beröring med produkten.
16. Anordning enligt patentkrav 15, kännetecknad därav, att laminatmembranet bestär av ett polyestermembran, som placerats mellan det mellersta aluminiumskiktet och det inre skiktet.
17. Anordning enligt patentkrav 15, kännetecknad därav, att det mellersta aluminiumskiktet har en tjocklek av ätminstone 9 pm.
18. Anordning enligt patentkrav 15, kännetecknad därav, att det innersta skiktet av polyeten eller polypropen har en tjocklek av ätminstone 50 pm.
19. Anordning enligt patentkrav 15, kännetecknad därav, att det innersta skiktet av polyeten eller polypropen har en tjocklek av ätminstone 75 pm.
20. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att tjockleken av väggen tili ovannämnda yttre beklädnadsdel (18) är ätminstone 2,25 mm.
21. Anordning enligt patentkrav 18, kännetecknad därav, att tjockleken av väggen tili den yttre beklädnadsdelen (18) är ätminstone 3 mm.
