Claims (11)
1. Lääkkeenantolaite (10), joka käsittää laiterungon (11); annoksen asetuselimen (30), joka on asennettu mainittuun laiterunkoon ja joka on pyöritettävissä pyörimisakselin ympäri mainittuun laiterunkoon nähden annoksen annon aikana; havaintoelementin, joka käsittää rengasmaisen magneetin (152), joka on asennettu ja kiinnitetty pyörivästi mainittuun annoksen asetuselimeen, jolloin mainitulla magneetilla on ainakin yksi pari pohjois- ja etelänapoja; toimilaitteen (50), joka on asennettu mainittuun laiterunkoon ja konfiguroitu aksiaalisesti liikuteltavaksi ja pyörivästi kiinnitetyksi mainittuun laiterunkoon nähden annoksen annon aikana; ja annoksen annon havaitsemismoduulin (82), joka käsittää: moduulirungon (88), joka on asennettu mainittuun toimilaitteeseen — irrotettavasti ja joka mainittuun toimilaitteeseen asennettuna on siihen pyörivästi kiinnitetty; pyörimisanturin (158), joka sisältää useita anturielementtejä (160), jotka on sovitettu tuottamaan lähtösignaaleja vasteena magneettikentän muutoksiin, jotka anturielementit (160) on asennettu mainitun moduulirungon sisään ja liitetty — toiminnallisesti mainitun moduulirungon sisällä olevaan anturielektroniikkaan, mainittujen anturielementtien ollessa säteittäisesti tasavälein toisistaan ja aksiaalisesti kohdistettuina mainitun pyörimisakselin kanssa yhdensuuntaista suuntaa pitkin mainitun havaintoelementin mainitun rengasmaisen magneetin yllä ja reagoiden mainitun havaintoelementin mainitun rengasmaisen magneetin ja mainitun toimilaitteen suhteelliseen pyörimiseen annoksen annon aikana; ja ohjaimen, joka reagoi mainittuun pyörimisanturiin havaitakseen mainitun annoksen asetuselimen pyörimismäärän mainittuun toimilaitteeseen nähden annoksen annon aikana.

2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen lääkkeenantolaite (10), jossa mainittu havaintoelementti (152) on asennettu suoraan mainittuun annoksen asetuselimeen.

Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen lääkkeenantolaite (10), jossa mainittu annoksen asetuselin (30) on kiinnitetty pyörivästi mainittuun toimilaitteeseen (50) annoksen asettamisen aikana, jolloin mainittu annoksen asetuselin ja mainittu toimilaite pyörivät yhdessä ja liikkuvat aksiaalisesti mainittuun laiterunkoon (11) nähden annoksen asettamisen aikana, jolloin mainittu annoksen asetuselin on pyöritettävissä mainittuun toimilaitteeseen nähden annoksen annon aikana, jolloin mainittu toimilaite liikkuu aksiaalisesti ja mainittu annoksen asetuselin — pyörii mainittuun toimilaitteeseen nähden annoksen annon aikana.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen lääkkeenantolaite (10), jossa mainitun annoksen annon havaitsemismoduulin (82) sivuseinämä sisältää sisäänpäin ulottuvia kielekkeitä (94), jotka on konfiauroitu kiinnittymään mainitun toimilaitteen (50) annospainikkeeseen (56).
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen lääkkeenantolaite (10), jossa mainittu annoksen annon havaitsemismoduuli (82) sisältää alemman lieriömäisen seinämän mainitun annoksen asetuselimen (30) osaa vastapäätä, jolloin mainittu havaintoelementti (152) on kiinnitetty pyörivästi mainitun annoksen asetuselimen osaan ja mainitut anturielementit (160) on asennettu piirilevylle (162), joka on asennettu ja kiinnitetty pyörivästi mainitun moduulin alempaan lieriömäiseen seinämään.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen lääkkeenantolaite (10), jossa mainittu pyörimisanturi (158) on magneettianturi.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen lääkkeenantolaite (10), jossa mainittu toimilaite (50) on aksiaalisesti liikuteltavissa mainittuun annoksen asetuselimeen (30) nähden ja sillä on ensimmäinen asento mainittuun annoksen asetuselimeen nähden, jossa mainittu toimilaite on kiinnitetty pyörivästi mainittuun annoksen asetuselimeen, ja sillä on toinen asento mainittuun annoksen asetuselimeen nähden, jossa mainittu toimilaite voi pyöriä vapaasti mainittuun annoksen asetuselimeen nähden.

8. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen lääkkeenantolaite (10), joka sisältää lisäksi kytkimen, joka reagoi aksiaalisesti kohdistettuun paineeseen pyörimisanturin (158) aktivoimiseksi.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen lääkkeenantolaite (10), jossa mainittu annoksen asetuselin (30) käsittää ainakin yhden seuraavista: helma (42), laippa (38), valintaelin (32) ja pintaprofiili (48).
10. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen lääkkeenantolaite (10), jolloin lääkkeenantolaite sisältää lääkettä.
11. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen lääkkeenantolaite (10), jossa mainittu toimilaite (50) sisältää annospainikkeen (56) ja kytkimen (52) ja on konfiguroitu liikkumaan aksiaalisesti ja pyörivästi annoksen asetuselimen (30) kanssa annoksen asetustilassa valitsemisen aikana.
