Abstract
Sensor de ángulo para determinar el ángulo de rotación absoluto de un árbol (7) a lo largo de varias revoluciones, con un sistema de sensor externo (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) con al menos una rueda de sensor (1a, 1b) y un sensor (2a, 2b) asociado a la rueda de sensor (1a, 1b) para establecer el número de revoluciones del árbol (7), y con un sistema de sensor interno (3, 4) con una rueda de sensor adicional (3) unida directamente con el árbol (7), que presenta una codificación dispuesta en la dirección perimetral, a partir de la que un sensor adicional (4) registra una posición angular relativa dentro de una revolución del árbol (7), presentando la rueda de sensor adicional (3) sectores de medición (5) unos al lado de los otros en la dirección perimetral, y determinando el sensor adicional (4) la posición angular relativa del árbol (7) con respecto a un sector de medición (5), pudiendo establecerse el ángulo de rotación absoluto del árbol (7) a partir de los valores de medición del sistema de sensor interno (3, 4) y el sistema de sensor externo (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b), caracterizado por que, el sistema de sensor externo (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) presenta varias ruedas de sensor (1a, 1b) y sensores (2a, 2b) accionados mediante la rueda de sensor adicional (3) y establece el sector de medición (5) registrado actualmente mediante el sensor adicional (4) según el principio de Vernier.
