Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en cell, vilken cell är en T-lymfocyt, cytotoxisk T-lymfocyt, naturlig 5 mördarcell, neutrofil, granulocyt, makrofag, mastcell el-ler HeLa-cell och vilken uttrycker en raembranbunden chime-risk receptor, som omfattar a) en extracellular del, som är en del av CD4 som förmär specifikt igenkänna HIV eller en av HIV infekterad 10 cell och binda sig därtill, eller en immunoglobulinmole-kyl, ett antigenbindande fragment därav eller en del av CD16 som specifikt igenkänner en mälcell eller en infekte-rande mälfaktor och binder sig därtill, och b) en intracellular del eller en transmembrandel 15 av en T-cellreceptor CD3 delta eller T3 gamma, FcRyll, eller en B~cellreceptor eller ett funktionellt derivat av dessa, som avger en signal till cellen att förstöra en re-ceptorbunden mälcell eller receptorbunden infekterande mälfaktor, 20 kännetecknat av att T-lymfocyten, den cytotox- iska T-lymfocyten, den naturliga mördarcellen, neutrofi- ;*·,· Ien, granulocyten, makrof agen, mastcellen eller HeLa- * · - cellen transformeras eller transfekteras med en vektor som * i · • · innehäller DNA som kodar för nämnda receptorchimer i en • * · .1^ 25 form som förmär uttryckas i en cell. * ·
