Claims (15)

1. Fördröjningsapparat för att reducera kollisioner mellan sända meddelanden i ett datakommunikations- 5 nät, där meddelandet är en direkt spridningspek- trumssignal som änvänder en PN-kodsekvens pä peri-odhastighet pä kanalen, kännetecknad därav, att ap-paraten omfattar: processormedel (100) för av ett meddelande; en tidsättningsgenerator (136) för att 10 bilda en fördröjningstid som svar pä den nämnda unika identifierarekoden, där fördröjningtiden är större eller lika stor som en period, men kortare än själva meddelandet; en kodare (140) för att för-döja meddelandet med fördröjningstiden; och en sän-15 dare (188) för sändning av det fördröjda meddelandet tili en mottagare under den definierade tidspe-rioden enligt den unika identifierarekoden.
2. Fördröjningsapparat enligt patentkrav 1, känneteck- 20 nad därav, att det säntda fördröjda meddelandet är en direktsekvensspridningspektrumssignal, som är spritt med hjälp av PN-kodsekvensen, som har en : chiphastighet; och att fördröjningstiden är större eller lika stor som en chip. \ 25

Fördröjningsapparat enligt patentkrav 4, känneteck- 10 nad därav, att den omfattar ett utvärderingsräkne- verk för att räkna successiva meddelanden, där ut-värderingsräkneverket nollställs, när ett förutbe-j stämt maksimiutvärderingtal näs; en effektstyrenhet j kopplad tili en sändare (188), med hjälp av vilken 15 en effekt adderas tili de successiva meddelandena, vilken effekt är i sitt förutbestämda minimumvärde, när utvärderingsräkneverket är nollställt.
