COMPRENDE: A) SOMETER UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) A CICLISACION, O B) HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (III) CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (IV) O C) HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (V) PARA OBTENER DERIVADOS DE PROPANOL DE FORMULA (I), DONDE R1 ES H, UN GRUPO ALCOHILO RECTO O RAMIFICADO QUE CONTIENE C 1 A 5 U OTROS; R2 ES H, CL, BR O F; N ES 2, 3 O 4; Y R3 Y R4 JUNTO CON EL ATOMO DE NITROGENO ADYACENTE, FORMAN UN GRUPO MORFOLINO. LA REACCION SE EFECTUA EN PRESENCIA DE UN AGENTE DE CONDENSACION, REALIZADA EN UNA AUTOCLAVE QUE SE CALIENTA ENTRE 100 Y 130C DURANTE 5 A 15 HORAS.
