PROCEDIMIENTO PARA DEPOSITAR CAPAS METALICAS EN LAS PAREDES DE COQUILLAS DESTINADAS A LA COLADA CONTINUA, ESPECIALMENTE DE LLANTONES O LINGOTES, A PARTIR DE BAÑOS ELECTROLITICOS CON UNA ZONA DE TEMPERATURAS DE DEPOSICION PREESTABLECIDA POR UN LIMITE DE TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR Y OTRO INFERIOR. CONSISTE EN DEPOSITAR EN LA PARED DE LA COQUILLA UNA CAPA METALICA DE NIQUEL A PARTIR DE UNA SOLUCION TEMPLADA DE UN BAÑO QUE CONTIENE UNA O VARIAS SALES DE NIQUEL JUNTAMENTE CON PARTICULAS DE MATERIAL DURO SUSPENDIDAS EN EL, DISPONIENDOSE LA PARED DE LA COQUILLA EN POSICION VERTICAL Y MANTENIENDOLA A UNA TEMPERATURA ADECUADA, PERO QUE ES DIFERENTE DE LA DE LA SOLUCION. DICHA SOLUCION SE MANTIENE, DURANTE LA DEPOSICION, EN UN ESTADO DE CORRIENTE DE TURBULENCIA.
