Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a conductive resin coating film on a surface of a substrate matrial, in carrying out powder coating on a surface of the substrate material made of a metal, by adhering a conductive powder thereto when a surface resin thereon is under a molten condition.
CONSTITUTION: In carrying out powder resin coating on a surface of a substrate material 2 made of a metal, said substrate plate is passed through a preheating furnace and a powder resin 6 in a first fluidized immersion tank 5 to obtain a resin coating film 13 with a uniform thickness. When said resin coating film 13 is still under a molten condition, a conductive powder such as carbon, iron, aluminum, copper or the like is uniformly coated thereon in a second fluidized immersion tank 9 and passed through a post-heating furnace 11 and cooled by a cooler 12 to form a conductive layer 14 integrally.
