LOS ENLACES INTERFIBULARES DEL COLAGENO EN EL CORION SE ESTABILIZAN CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE SULFATO ALCALINO. EL CORION SE NEUTRALIZA Y DISULVE EN UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA PARA PROPORCIONAR UNA SOLUCION DE COLAGENO, CUYO PH SE AJUSTA AL PUNTO ISOELECTRICO DEL COLAGENO PARA PRECIPITAR LAS FIBRAS DE ESTE, QUE SE SECAN.
