SE PREPARA UNA COMPOSICION CON UN 25 A 35 POR 100 EN PESO DE UNA MATERIA AMILACEA, COMO UNA MEZCLA DE UNA SEMOLA GRUESA O HARINA DE TRIGO, DE CENTENO Y AVENA, EN LA PROPORCION 80: 10: 10, Y AGUA. SE CUECE LA MEZCLA PRO INYECCION DE VAPOR A TEMPERATURA ENTRE 130 A 160 C, DURANTE QUINCE A SESENTA SEGUNDOS. SE ENFRIA LA MEZCLA, PRO EXPANSION, HASTA UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 50 A 90 C, PARA LICUARLA PRO HIDROLISIS CON AYUDA DE UNA MALTA DIOSTASICA. SE PREPARA UNA SEGUNDA MEZCLA CON UN CONTENIDO DE MATERIA SECA DEL 35 AL 45 POR 100 EN PESO, PARTE DE LA PRIMERA MEZCLA LICUADA Y AGUA. SE EFECTUA LA COCCION E HIDROLIZACION DE ESTE MEZCLA. EL PROCEDIMIENTO SE REALIZA EN DOS ETAPAS O RECICLANDO PARTE DE ESTA SEGUNDA MEZCLA AL PRIMER PROCEDIMIENTO. LA PARTE QUE NO SE RECICLA SE ESTERILIZA POR INYECCION DE VAPOR, A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 115 A 150 C, DURANTE CINCO A VEINTE SEGUNDOS, Y SE SECA POR PULVERIZACION. SE PUEDE AÑADIR COMPLEMENTOS NUTRITIVOS, COMO SOLIDOS DE LECHE DESNATADA, ANTES DE LA ESTERILIZACION. SE UTILIZAN PARA LA PREPARACION DE DESAYUNOS INSTANTANEOS A BASE DE CEREALES.
