PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE OXIDO DE ALUMINIO MACROCRISTALINO. CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: 1. CALCUNACION DE HIDROXIDO DE ALUMINIO EN PRESENCIA DE UN COMPUESTO DE FLUOR EN CANTIDADES COMPRENDIDAS ENTRE 0,001 Y 0,5 POR 100 DE SU PESO, CONTENIENDO UN MINERALIZADOR A UNA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR A LOS 1.200 GRADOS, PARA ELLO SE CALCINA UN HIDROXIDO DE ALUMINIO CUYAS PARTICULAS DEBEN TENER UN TAMAÑO MEDIO DE 60 MUM., SIENDO LA TEMPERATURA MAXIMA DE 1.450 GRADOS. 2. SEPARACION DE LA FRACCION GRANULOMETRICA DEL PRODUCTO CALCINADO OBTENIDO. EL PROCESO DE CALCINACION SE REALIZA EN PRESENCIA DEL 5 AL 50 POR 100 DEL PESO RESPECTO AL PRODUCTO ACABADO DE UNA SEMILLA O SIEMBRA APROPIADA.
