Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención de fibras e hilos acrílicos mixtos de doble constituyente, con frisado natural que conviene n a la vez para el cardado, la crepitación y la transformación, constituidos por dos polímeros A y B, comprendiendo el polímero A al menos un 83% en peso de acrilonitrilo 4 a 15% en peso de un comonómero plastificante no ionizable, y hasta un 2% en peso de un comonómero ácido copolimerizable con acrilonitrilo, y comprendiendo el polímero B al menos un 94% en peso de acrilonitrilo 0 a 4% en peso de un comonómero plastificante no ionizable y hasta un 2% en peso de un comonómero ácido copolimerizable con acrilonitrilo, estando comprendida la diferencia de proporción en comonómero plastificante de los polímeros A y B entre 4 y 15% en peso, y siendo la cantidad total de mini- equivalentes ácidos de los dos polímeros de al menos 50 por kg de polímero, y constituidos por una mezcla de cabos monolámina, bilámina y plurilámina y poseen un frisado tridimensional cuyo sentido dependede los tratamientos térmico y/o mecánico sufridos, situándose el constituyente B en el interior de la hélice formada por los filamentos después del tratamiento sin tensión a una temperatura inferior a 110ºC aproximadamente y al menos igual a la temperatura ambiente (firsado F 1) y al exterior de la hélice después del tratamiento bajo tensión y/o tratamiento térmico a una temperatura superior a 110ºC aproximadamente (frisado F2) , variando la retracción y la frecuencia de los dos tipos de frisado, a la vez, de un cabo al otro y a lo largo del mismo cabo, caracterizado porque comprende las fases de, efectuar un hilado a la humedad de las soluciones de los polímeros A y B a través de una pluralidad de orificios de hilera, con una repartición estadística de las dos soluciones en los orificios, un estirado de los filamentos obtenidos al aire, a temperatura ambiente en un grado comprendido entre 1,3 y 3X, un lavado de los filamentos con agua, y su relajación en agua hirviente de 15 a 25% un estirado en agua hirviente a un grapo comprendido entre 2, 5 y 4X, un engrase y secado sin tensión a una temperatura seca entre 50ºC y 140ºC y una temperatura húmeda entre 40ºC y 70ºC un nuevo engrase final.
