Abstract

Un método de producción de la mezcla antibiótica A-21978, caracterizado por cultivar Streptomyces roseosporus NRRL 11379 o un mutante del mismo productor de A- 21978, en un medio de cultivo que contiene fuentes asimilables de hidratos de carbono, nitrógeno y sales inorgánicas, en condiciones de fermentación aerobia sumergida, hasta que se ha producido una cantidad sustancial de actividad antibiótica.
