Abstract
Procedimiento de limpieza de las paredes de intercambiadores térmicos ó de reactores, recubiertas de incrustaciones esencialmente titaníferas, pero que pueden contener igualmente incrustaciones silico-aluminosas formadas durante el ataque de minerales, provocando así una importante disminución del potencial de intercambio térmico, estando destinado el procedimiento a restaurar las características fundamentales de las paredes, caracterizado porque se eliminan las incrustaciones por medio de un licor acuoso de tratamiento que contiene de 3 a 30% en peso de ácido hexafluosilícico y a lo sumo el 10% en peso de ácido fluorhídrico.
