Abstract

Un aparato controlador de entrada/salida para transferir datos entre un ordenador central y una o más unidades de entrada/salida, y que comprende un primer registro de datos para enviar datos al ordenador central y recibir datos del mismo, un segundo registro de datos para enviar datos a una unidad de entrada salida y recibir datos de la misma, una línea general de transferencia de datos de alta velocidad que proporciona una conexión directa de transferencia de datos entre el primer y segundo registro de datos, un primer circuito indicador bi estable para proporcionar una indicación del estado lleno-vacío, del primer registro de datos, un segundo circuito indicador bi estable para proporcionar una indicación del estado lleno-vacío del primer registro de datos, un segundo circuito indicador bi estable para proporcionar una indicación del estado lleno-vacío del segundo registro de datos.
