Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de pasta seca de harina de cereal fácilmente re-hidratable, caracterizado porque compren de proporcionar una lámina de pasta de harina de cereal gelatinaza, expander la pasta laminada bajo condiciones controladas para impartir un elevado grado de estructura porosa esencialmente uniforme al interior de la lámina , dividir la parta expendida en trozos de formas deseados, con lo que se expone el interior poroso de dicho trozos configurados a lo largo de sus superficies perimetrales y secar los trozos configurados.
