Abstract
1280555 Pasta GENERAL FOODS CORP 30 Dec 1969 [2 Jan 1969] 63390/69 Heading A2B A rapid cooking pasta comprises a flour which consists of a blend of by weight 45- 85% corn flour (which term includes corn meal), 15-40% soy flour, and optionally up to 30% wheat flour, the starch in said composition being at least partially gelatinised, or the product being otherwise in a quickcooking state. A hydrophilic colloid and other conventional ingredients, for example egg, high protein ingredients, vitamins, minerals, and other enriching agents may also be included.
