Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Salt and yeast are mixed to wheat flour. Water is added to the mixture which is then kneaded. The kneaded mixture is allowed to stand for a given period of time and stretched in the form of a belt. Then the mixture is heated to 30W40°C for 30W60min and dried.
