Abstract

La invención es una aminación con una amina primaria. Dicha aminación puede llevarse a cabo empleando las condiciones conocidas para la producción de compuestos 3-amino-2-hidroxipropoxiarílicos conocidos. La reacción se efectúa preferentemente en un disolvente orgánico inerte bajo las condiciones de la reacción, por ejemplo en un éter tal como dioxano, es conveniente efectuar la reacción con fusión. La temperatura de la reacción es, por ejemplo, entre aprox. 20º y aprox. 200ºC, preferentemente la temperatura de ebullición de la mezcla de la reacción, a menos que se trabaje con fusión. Los compuestos pueden existir en forma libre o en forma de sal, por ejemplo en forma de sal de adición de ácido.
