Abstract
Un procedimiento de preparación de tetrazinas sustituidas de la fórmula-01 (I): **(Fórmula-01)** o de la fórmula-02 (II): **(Fórmula-02)** (en donde R1, R2 y R4 que pueden ser iguales o diferentes representan cada uno hidrógeno, fenilo, alcohilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono o alquenilo o alquinilo de 3 a 6 átomos de carbono, cada uno de cuyos grupos fenilo, alcohilo, alquenilo o alquinilo puede estar sin sustituir o sustituido por uno o más átomos de halógeno, grupos hidroxi, grupos ciano, grupos carboxi, grupos alcoxicarbonilo de 2 a 5 átomos de carbono o grupos alcoxi de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono; o R1 y R2 conjuntamente representan un enlace sencillo; R3 representa alcohilo de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, fenilo o fenilalcohilo de 7 a 10 átomos de carbono; cada uno de los cuales puede estar sin sustituir o sustituido por uno o más átomos de carbono, grupos nitro, grupos ciano, grupos mercapto o grupos alcohilmercapto de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono; y R6 representa un grupo fenilo sustituido en al menos la posición 2 por flúor, cloro, bromo o yodo), procedimiento que comprende hacer reaccionar una hidrazina de la fórmula R1NH- NHR2 con una hidrazina sustituida de fórmula-03 (III): **(Fórmula-03)** (en donde cada X representa un grupo eliminable), o con una sal de tiadiazolio de la fórmula- 04 (VI): **(Fórmula-04)** (donde X- representa un anión), para dar un compuesto de fórmula R1NHN=CHR6, que luego se alcohila en presencia de una base de metal alcalino, o para dar un compuesto de fórmula R1NHN=G (Hal), que luego se dimeriza, y opcionalmente oxidar el producto de dihidrotetrazina de fórmula-01 o fórmula-02 para dar un compuesto de fórmula-01 en que R1 y R2 representan conjuntamente un enlace sencillo.
