Abstract

Método para el uso continuado de gas de altos hornos de reducción directacaracterizado porque teniendo aplicación preferente en una instalación precalentadora de carbón dentro de una siderurgicaen el que tanto por el proceso convencional de altos hornos como también por el procedimiento de reducción directase reduce mineral de hierro y se emplea oportunamente el gas bruto de horno de coque producido para obtener gas de reducciónes empleado el color sensible del gas de alto horno que abandona el horno de cuba de forma directa o indirecta para el precalentamiento del carbón es decir empleando el gas de altos hornos como gas portador de calor.
