Abstract
Un procedimiento para separar CO2, H2S, y otras impurezas de mezclas gaseosas esencialmente, de una mezcla gaseosa obtenida con métodos en donde se hacen reaccionar substancias combustibles a temperatura elevada con vapor, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento una etapa de absorción en que dicha mezcla gaseosa se pone en contacto en una columna de absorción con una solución absorbente alcalina acuosa, y una etapa de regeneración en que dichas impurezas se desorben mediante tratamiento en una columna de regeneración con vapor obtenido, principalmente, de un rehervidor en donde el calor es cedido por la mezcla gaseosa que ha de purificarse y en donde el vapor utilizado en dichos métodos se obtiene de calderas alimentadas con aguas previamente desgasificadas y purificadas por tratamiento con vapor en columnas apropiadas, caracterizado porque en su realización: (a) la desgasificación y purificación de las aguas de alimentación a la caldera se efectúa en aparatos (columnas) dispuestos (conrespecto al circuito gaseoso), en serie con la columna de regeneración del aparato para separar CO2 y/o H2S; (b) el vapor necesario para dicha purificación de las aguas se suministra, a una presión por los menos igual a la existente en dicha columna de regeneración, al primer dispositivo (columna) de la serie y subsiguientemente a los restantes y luego a la columna de regeneración, utilizando así dicho vapor varias veces.
