Abstract
Método de preparar derivados N-glicosílicos de macroluros de polieno y sus sales, particularmente sales N-metilglucamínicas, que comprende tratar un macroluro de polieno que contiene un grupo amino con mono- u oligosacárido aldosa o cetosa, en un medio disolvente orgánico o en una mezcla de disolvente, caracterizado porque el derivado N-glicosílico formado se precipita del medio de reacción por disolución en agua o acuosa de una sal inorgánica, preferentemente sulfato amónico, se purifica por cristalización a partir de alcanol superior, preferentemente n-butanol, se transforma entonces en sal, preferentemente sal N-metilglucamínica, y se cristaliza a partir de alcanol superior, preferentemente n-butanol.
