Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de soluciones de recubrimiento por conversión química, acuosas y ácidas, para formar recubrimientos sobre superficies de aluminio, que contienen ácido fosfórico y ácido fluorhídrico así como cromo hexavalente, caracterizado porque se combinan al menos 10 ppm de zirconio y/o titanio, al menos 10 ppm pero no más de 1.000 ppm de fosfato, y también fluoruro en una cantidad no menor de 13 ppm y al menos suficiente para formar un complejo soluble con todo el zirconio y el titanio presentes, teniendo las soluciones un pH dentro del margen de desde 1,5 a 4,0 y estando sustancialmente libres de sólidos que tiendan a precipitar y de compuestos de cromo hexavalente.
