Abstract

Un aparato para elevar pilas para un alimentador de hojas, que comprende: elementos para soportar una pila de hojas; elementos para mover los elementos de soporte de la pila entre cuando menos una posición elevada y un aposición bajada, cuyos elementos de movimiento incluyen: elementos para permitir que el elemento de soporte de la pila descienda por gravedad a la posición bajada o descendida; elementos de impulsión a fricción para elevar dichos elementos para soportar pilas, teniendo dichos elementos de impulsión a fricción por lo menos un rodillo de fricción; elementos para proporcionar una fuerza de inercia a fin de controlar el régimen de descenso del elemento de soporte de la pila, cuyo elemento de fuerza de inercia incluye; cuando menos un miembro de inercia; incluyendo dicho elemento de inercia una rueda dispuesta como parte de dicho elemento impulsor a fricción; elementos para hacer girar al miembro de inercia en respuesta al descenso del elemento de soporte de la pila; y elementospara permitir que el miembro continúe girando después de que el elemento de soporte de la pila se ha detenido en la posición bajada, incluyendo además dicho aparato unos medios para acoplar selectivamente y por activación dicho elemento de inercia con dicho rodillo de fricción.
