Abstract

Procedimiento y aparato para obtener dispersiones de polimerización con bajo contenido de monómeros mediante polimerización en emulsión o suspensión del monómero o monómeros en baño acuoso, distensión de la carga de polimerización, así como evacuación y condensación de los productos gaseosos, a cuyo particular la dispersión, eventualmente caldeada, se pulveriza radialmente en un recipiente vertical, con preferencia simétrico rotativo, en forma de cono hueco o disco formado por gotitas de a lo sumo 6 mm de diámetro, contra la pared del recipiente, se separa allí y se recoge en la parte inferior del recipiente, evacuándose las sustancias gaseosas por encima de la salida de la dispersión del dispositivo e pulverización de acuerdo con la patente principal, caracterizados porque la dispersión se pulveriza en al menos dos recipientes montados uno tras el otro y porque las sustancias gaseosas producidas, a las que eventualmente se agrega al menos un gas inerte, son conducidas tan solo en una dirección de recipiente a recipiente y la dispersión en la dirección contraria.
