Abstract

1. Válvula de sobrepresión para bolsas de embalaje, cerradas herméticamente al gas, consistentes en una placa portadora, con una brida marginal para la sujeción de la placa portadora en la bolsa de embalaje y con una depresión, a modo de platillo, con una abertura central y en una membrana, inserta en la depresión, y que recubre la abertura central, aplicándose dicha membrana sobre un medio de empaquetadura viscoso sobre la superficie de la represión, caracterizada porque se dispone un medio de apriete provisto de mordazas de prensa para sujetar con apriete la membrana en su zona marginal sobre la parte del fondo de la depresión. 2. Válvula, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la parte de apriete presenta dos mordazas de prensa, situadas diametralmente opuestas, que están unidas en una pieza entre sí por una regleta. 3. Válvula, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque la regleta presenta un grosor menor que las mordazas de prensa. 4. Válvula, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque la regleta está unida centralmente respecto a las mordazas de prensa con éstas. 5. Válvula, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la placa portadora en la parte marginal abierta de la presión presenta un rodete marginal, dirigido hacia el centro de la depresión. 6. Válvula, según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes 2 a 5, caracterizada porque las mordazas de prensa están apretadas entre el rodete marginal y la membrana, aplicada sobre la superficie de la depresión. 7. Válvula, según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes 2 a 6, caracterizada porque la membrana presenta un grosor entre 0,02 y 0,05 milímetros y tiene una línea de contorno redonda circular. 8. Válvula, según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes 2 a 7, caracterizada porque la brida marginal alrededor de la depresión presenta una prominencia a modo de rodete anular, que en su base es más ancha que en su cima, al fin de la concentración de energía de ultrasonido durante la unión por soldadurade la placa portadora con la bolsa de embalaje. 9. Válvula, según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes 2 a 8, caracterizada porque alrededor de la abertura central en la depresión se introducen medios para la separación de sustancia en forma de partículas que, eventualmente, al abrir la válvula durante la compensación de presión, se arrastren por la corriente de gas. 10. Válvula, según la reivindicación 9, caracterizada porque los medios son varias acanaladuras concéntricas. 11. Válvula de sobrepresión para bolsas de embalaje herméticamente al gas.
