Abstract

本发明公开了一种带抽气阀和密封拉链的真空保鲜袋，包括胶袋膜片、抽气阀和密封拉链。抽气阀由阀片、阀座和阀盖组成，其位于胶袋的上、下膜片之间。阀座的一面牢固地粘接在其中一张膜片的内表面上，另一面表面布有许多凹槽，并被阀盖紧配包裹住。置于阀座和膜片之间的阀片中间凸起一圆锥头，圆锥头同阀座上的锥孔为紧配合。本发明可以循环或多次使用从而避免浪费；阀座面凹槽同紧配的阀盖形成狭窄的空气通道，可过滤袋内空气从而避免灰尘进入阀片与阀座的密封表面；阀片圆锥头结构更加确保了密封的可靠性。本发明适用于家庭、酒楼、餐厅及户外旅游等领域，配合抽真空装置可对食品和贵重饰品等实行压缩及真空包装储存。

一种带抽气阀和密封拉链的真空保鲜袋
技术领域
本发明涉及一种家庭食品及贵重饰品压缩储存和保鲜器具，属于居家用品技术领域，特别是涉及一种带抽气阀和密封拉链的可循环使用的真空保鲜密封袋。 
背景技术
随着人们对个人生活品质及饮食卫生的追求越来越高，真空包装食品袋已经开始走进普通老百姓家庭，被越来越多的消费者接受和使用。可是国际市场市面上销售的真空袋成本高，售价贵，且为易耗品，一般家庭很难承受和消费。 
市场上目前又开始出现一些带拉链和抽气嘴的可重复使用的真空密封胶袋，因为其技术上的不成熟和结构的限制，封气效果不够可靠持久，消费者使用和购买此类产品的持续性和反应都不是很好。市面上的此类产品，特别是抽气嘴的结构较为复杂，基本结构都是上下胶片夹住胶袋膜片，然后在中心孔处安置一软胶阀片实现抽气和密封功能，基本上只能靠手工生产，胶袋的生产成本高。 
另外，由于上述胶袋的密封面为平面密封且无空气过滤机构，实际使用过程中极易因食品中尘埃进入密封面而造成密封性能减弱或失效。因此，人们迫切需要一款可以循环使用，并符合大众消费性价比的真空保鲜包装袋。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种封气性能可靠持久、结构简单、成本低廉并可自动化生产且可循环使用的真空保鲜包装袋。 
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实施的： 
一种带抽气阀和密封拉链的真空保鲜密封胶袋，包括胶袋膜片、抽气阀和密封拉链，所述抽气阀是由阀片、阀座和阀盖组成；所述阀片设置于阀座和与其粘结的胶袋膜片之间；所述阀座与所述阀盖内表面之间设置有空气通道。 
所述阀片为软质胶料，置于胶袋膜片与阀座之间，阀片中间有一凸起的圆锥头，与阀座上的锥孔为紧配密封；抽气时，气压可使阀片圆锥头轻轻抬起让空气经通道被抽走，抽气完成后则由于负压作用阀片圆锥头又紧紧地贴合在阀座锥孔上。 
所述阀座的一面粘接在胶袋膜片的内表面上，另一面表面布有许多凹槽和凸筋，并被阀盖紧配包裹，其与阀盖内表面形成狭窄蜿蜒的空气通道。 
所述密封拉链设置在抽气阀胶袋的袋口处，用户可在不损坏胶袋的情况下循环和多次使用。 
本发明具有如下优点： 
1、本发明胶袋的密封性能可靠持久，阀片的圆锥头结构与阀座锥面紧配，并可抵抗由于外力作用造成的胶袋被推拉挤压或震动冲击等动作而不至于漏气； 
2、本发明胶袋可包装多尘多杂质的物品并确保其密封性，因其抽气阀可对通过的空气进行过滤，避免灰尘进入阀片密封面； 
3、本发明胶袋的抽气阀牢固地粘接在胶袋膜片的内表面上，此单边组合式结构非常适合机械化大批量生产，以节约人工及成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明： 
如附图1所示，一种带抽气阀和密封拉链的真空保鲜密封胶袋，其由胶袋膜片10、抽气阀20和密封拉链40组成。如图2和3所示，位于袋口处的抽气阀20则由阀片21、阀座22和阀盖23组成。该抽气阀20位于胶袋的上、下膜片之间。 
该阀座22的一面牢固地粘接在胶袋膜片10的内表面上。该阀座22的另一面表面布有许多凹槽221和凸筋222，并被阀盖23紧配包裹住，此结构刚好形成一片狭窄蜿蜒的空气通道30，可对通过的空气进行过滤，阻止灰尘进入阀片密封面，用以提高胶袋密封性能的可靠性。 
该阀片21为软质胶料，中间凸起一圆锥头211，其同阀座上的锥孔紧密配合而形成可靠的密封面。该阀片21设置于阀座22和与其粘结的胶袋膜片10之间；抽气时，气压可使阀片圆锥头211轻轻抬起，让空气经空气通道30被抽走，抽气完成后，则由于负压作用，阀片圆锥头211又紧紧地贴合在阀座锥孔上。 
带有该抽气阀20的胶袋袋口处设有一条密封拉链40，通过该密封拉链40的开合可以进行放取包装物品，此结构使得用户可在不损坏胶袋的情况下，循环使用和多次使用。 
本发明的真空保鲜密封袋可以循环或多次使用，避免了浪费。所述的阀座面凹槽同紧配的阀盖形成狭窄的空气通道，可过滤袋内空气，从而避免灰尘进入阀片与阀座的密封表面；阀片圆锥头结构更加确保了密封的可靠性。本发明适用于家庭、酒楼、餐厅及户外旅游等领域使用，配合抽真空装置可对食品和贵重饰品等实行压缩及真空包装储存。 
以上所述，仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已，并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制，故凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容，依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰，均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。 

Claims (3)

1.一种带抽气阀和密封拉链的真空保鲜袋，包括胶袋膜片、抽气阀和密封拉链，其特征在于：所述抽气阀是由阀片、阀座和阀盖组成；所述阀片设置于阀座和与其粘结的胶袋膜片之间；所述阀座与所述阀盖内表面之间设置有空气通道；所述阀座的一面粘接在胶袋膜片的内表面上，另一面表面布有许多凹槽和凸筋，并被阀盖紧配包裹，其与阀盖内表面形成狭窄蜿蜒的空气通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空保鲜袋，其特征在于：所述阀片为软质胶料，置于胶袋膜片与阀座之间，阀片中间有一凸起的圆锥头，与阀座上的锥孔为紧配密封。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的真空保鲜袋，其特征在于：所述密封拉链设置在胶袋的袋口处。
