Abstract
1.Dispositivo taladrador perfeccionado para la realización de perforaciones con destalonamientos; compuestos por una boca con cuchilla que tiene unos filos cortantes laterales que sobresalen radialmente del vástago de la broca; por un portabrocas dotado de una roseta de tope que a efectos de constituir un soporte oscilante se apoya en una cavidad de una placa de tope que está colocada por encima del vástago de la broca; así como por una campana de taladrar que puede ser unida con la placa del tope y cuyo taladro de paso central tiene un diámetro para el paso de la broca, el cual delimita un ángulo de giro del porta-brocas que está adaptado al requerido grado de conformación para el destalonamiento; caracterizado porque el vástago de la broca está atornillado en el porta-brocas, mientras que la cara lateral de la cogida de la broca está redondeada en forma hemisférica para la formación de la roseta de tope. 2.Dispositivo, conforme a la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el fileteado parael atornillamiento del vástago de broca en la cogida de la broca está realizada como rosca curva. 3.Dispositivo, conforme a la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el borde de la cavidad sobresale del redondeado de la roseta de tope, el cual es de forma hemisférica. 4.Dispositivo, conforme a la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la roseta de tope está equipada con unas escotaduras que se extienden en dirección axial. 5.Dispositivo, conforme a la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la placa tope va provista de una saliente de centraje en forma de casquillo, el cual entra en el taladro y cuyo diámetro interior es mayor que el diámetro del vástago de la broca. 6.Dispositivo, conforme a la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la parte de la placa de tope, provista de cavidad, está hecha de metal, estando la misma embutida en un disco de material plástico. 7.Dispositivo, conforme a la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la campana de taladrar está equipada con un trozo de tubo que está realizado en forma de un mango. 8.Dispositivo, conforme a la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque en el taladro de paso de la campana de taladrar se encuentra dispuesto un saliente en forma de casquillo, el cual va dirigido hacia dentro. 9.Dispositivo taladrador perfeccionado para la realización de perforaciones con destalonamientos.
