Abstract

Método para el estirado posterior a temperatura ambiente de hilo para neumáticos que consiste en celulosa regenerada, en cuyo método este hilo es conducido sucesivamente en espiras en torno de un par de rodillos de alimentación accionados de modo imperativo que tienen ranuras periféricas y dispuestos uno al lado del otro y en torno de uno o más pares de rodillos estiradores que tienen ranuras periféricas y dispuestos uno al lado del otro, siendo hechos girar dichos rodillos estiradores a una velocidad periférica mayor que los rodillos de alimentación, caracterizado porque un hilo para neumáticos que ha sido acondicionado hasta un contenido de humedad de entre 12 y 14% y que contiene un lubricante uniformemente distribuido es sometido al proceso de estirado.
