La banda PGIUNT (alrededor de 980 pb) está presente en B. oleracea, B. rapa cv (siglas en inglés de: variedad cultivada) Asko, líneas mantenedoras y restauradas, excepto en 'R211'. No existe ampliación en el rábano ni en Arabidopsis.

- En varios genotipos de Brassica sólo se amplió una banda. Los tamaños de las bandas son similares, pero las secuencias son diferentes. La figura 9 ilustra la electroforesis en gel del marcador PGIint de RCP.
