Abstract

Método para detectar la presencia y/o concentración de la proteína BAG3 soluble en una muestra biológica desconocida, que comprende las etapas de: a. determinar la presencia o valores de concentración de BAG3 soluble en una muestra biológica obtenida anteriormente, que consiste en suero o plasma; b. comparar los valores obtenidos de la muestra con valores de referencia o con los valores obtenidos de muestras biológicas de referencia, c. opcionalmente, determinar agrupaciones adicionales de valores similares o división en grupos con valores medios estadísticamente diferentes, d. asociar la presencia y/o el nivel de BAG3 soluble con un estado patológico seleccionado del grupo que consiste en cardiopatía o cáncer pancreático.
