Abstract

1.Junta anular flexible metaloplástica, caracterizada porque comprende un primer anillo metálico constituido por un resorte metálico interno de espiras contiguas, cerrado sobre sí mismo, y rodeando a este resorte, el menos una envolvente metálica en la que está empotrado el resorte, prolongándose la citada envolvente por dos caras planas paralelas, que se extiende en un plano ecuatorial transversal de simetría de la junta, presentando las citadas caras ensanches que se separan del citado plano distancia determinada del citado resorte, para rodear parcialmente un segundo anillo plástico macizo de elastómero, coaxial con el citado resorte, a fin de establecer, entre los dos anillos, un recinto estanco de pequeño volumen, utilizable para controlar la estanqueidad de la junta. 2.Junta según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la envolvente que rodea al resorte interno se halla directamente unida a las dos caras planas paralelas. 3.Junta según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la envolvente que rodea al resorte interno comprende discontinuidades en l unión con estas caras planas. 4.Junta según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la citada junta comprende, al menos, un tubo capilar transversal, que atraviesa el segundo anillo plástico de elastómero, y un ensanche de una de las caras planas, que prolonga la envolvente que rodea al resorte interno del primer anillo metálico, desembocado el citado tubo capilar en una lumbrera dispuesta en la citada cara y que comunica con el recinto estanco de control de la estanqueidad de la junta. 5.Junta según la reivindicación 4, caracterizada porque el tubo capilar atraviesa de modo sensiblemente diametral el segundo anillo de elastómero, por una perforación cuyo diámetro es ligeramente inferior al del tubo. 6.Junta según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el tubo capilar se halla solidarizado con el ensanche, que atraviesa por un punto de soldadura. 7.Junta anular flexible metaloplástica.
