Abstract
Componente de automóvil, en particular, un accesorio de automóvil, de preferencia un componente de automóvil situado al exterior, con particular preferencia, una moldura para automóvil de aluminio anodizado o de una aleación de aluminio anodizada, el cual, por lo menos parcialmente, está provisto de un revestimiento sol-gel (2), caracterizado porque, el revestimiento sol-gel (2) es un revestimiento híbrido con ingredientes orgánicos e ingredientes inorgánicos, en donde las substancias ingredientes orgánicos pertenecen al grupo fenilo o al grupo metacrilato y los ingredientes inorgánicos son poliuretansilanos, y en donde el revestimiento sol-gel (2) es un revestimiento coloreado mediante la adición de aditivos.

Componente de automóvil provisto de un revestimiento sol-gel
5 La invención se refiere a un componente de automóvil, en particular a un accesorio de automóvil, de preferencia un componente externo de automóvil, con particular preferencia una pieza para decoración de un automóvil, de aluminio anodizado o de una aleación de aluminio anodizada, con las características que se citan en el preámbulo de la reivindicación 1. La invención se refiere por lo tanto también, a un automóvil con un componente de automóvil de este tipo.
Los componentes convencionales de aluminio de un automóvil, están pulidos o anodizados. Estos componentes están expuestos a acciones mecánicas y acciones químicas. Por ejemplo, cuando se lava el automóvil con detergentes, los componentes en cuestión entran en contacto con los detergentes. Cuando los detergentes utilizados ejercen acciones agresivas, éstas conducen a un visible deterioro de la superficie del componente del
15 automóvil.
Por este motivo, el objetivo de la invención es la creación de un componente de automóvil, cuya superficie presente una alta estabilidad frente a las influencias ambientales y otras cargas, en particular ácidos, álcalis y disolventes.
Este objetivo se logra según la invención, con un componente de automóvil con las características de la reivindicación 1. A este respecto, está previsto que el revestimiento sol-gel sea un revestimiento híbrido con ingredientes orgánicos e inorgánicos, en donde los ingredientes orgánicos son substancias del grupo fenilo o del grupo metacrilato y los ingredientes inorgánicos son poliuretansilanos, y en donde el revestimiento sol-gel es un revestimiento del componente de automóvil coloreado mediante la adición de aditivos.
25 El componente se provee, en particular después del proceso de anodizado, por lo menos parcialmente, con un revestimiento sol-gel. Con la denominación de revestimiento sol-gel, se entiende en particular una solución coloidal (sol) de partículas inorgánicas catalíticas de óxido de silicio, en donde la solución se convierte en un gel mediante una gelificación, y se emplea como revestimiento para un componente de automóvil, particularmente anodizado, construido de aluminio o de una aleación de aluminio. Con ello, el revestimiento sol-gel forma sobre el componente de automóvil una película de revestimiento.
Está previsto que el revestimiento sol-gel sea un revestimiento híbrido con ingredientes orgánicos e ingredientes inorgánicos.
35 En particular está previsto que los ingredientes sean substancias aditivas. En función de los ingredientes orgánicos y/o de los ingredientes inorgánicos empleados se pueden variar los efectos de superficie adicionales del componente de automóvil, de forma que por ejemplo puede lograrse, desde una superficie que se limpia muy fácilmente, hasta una superficie que repele la humedad (efecto flor de loto).
Los ingredientes orgánicos contenidos en el revestimiento híbrido, son substancias pertenecientes a los siguientes grupos: grupos fenilo o grupos metacrilato.
Los ingredientes inorgánicos contenidos en el revestimiento híbrido son poliuretansilanos. Adicionalmente, pueden 45 presentarse ingredientes inorgánicos epoxisilanos.
Además, el revestimiento sol-gel puede estar formado como un revestimiento sol-gel claro como el agua, transparente. Según la invención, hay que prever sin embargo, que el revestimiento sol-gel es un revestimiento que puede colorearse mediante la adición de aditivos. A este respecto pueden añadirse al mismo aditivos colorantes, en particular pigmentos, para lograr un diseño coloreado de la superficie.
Debido al revestimiento sol-gel según la invención, el componente de automóvil fabricado a base de aluminio anodizado o de una aleación de aluminio anodizada, presenta una muy buena protección contra los rayos UV, es decir, presenta una muy alta estabilidad frente a los rayos UV. Además, la superficie presenta debido a dicho
55 revestimiento, una extrema estabilidad, en particular al rayado.
Según otra versión de la invención, está previsto que el revestimiento sol-gel sea un revestimiento sol-gel a base de silicato.
Según otra versión de la invención, está previsto que el revestimiento sol-gel tenga un grueso de 0,5 µm hasta 5 µm.
La invención se refiere además a un automóvil con un componente de automóvil que presenta un revestimiento solgel según las versiones anteriores. En el caso de un accesorio de automóvil, se trata por ejemplo, de una tapa de la ranura de la ventana, de unas barras del techo, o de una moldura de automóvil, en donde el componente de
65 automóvil esta construido a base de aluminio o de una aleación de aluminio. La superficie del componente de automóvil está anodizada. Además, el componente de automóvil, en particular cuando está en el exterior, está previsto, por lo menos en parte, con un revestimiento sol-gel. Mediante este revestimiento, existe una alta estabilidad química frente a la mayoría de ácidos, álcalis y disolventes. El revestimiento sol-gel presenta una superficie de poros cerrados, y es no solamente estable a la corrosión, al medio ambiente y a la luz, sino que además se caracteriza por otras propiedades como en particular una fuerte repelencia a la suciedad y una fácil limpieza. También es posible
5 que el revestimiento sol-gel se presente como un revestimiento brillante o un revestimiento mate. También es posible un efecto mate de seda.
En una versión preferida, está previsto que el accesorio de automóvil posea un revestimiento sol-gel obtenido mediante un procedimiento de inmersión. Alternativamente y en función de la geometría del componente que hay 10 que recubrir, es posible una pulverización del revestimiento sol-gel, o una aplicación del revestimiento sol-gel mediante rodillos. Mediante este tipo de aplicación se logra un grueso de capa particularmente constante.
Es además ventajoso, que el revestimiento sol-gel tenga un grueso de 0,5 µm hasta 5 µm, de manera que deba emplearse relativamente poco material de revestimiento y se logren igualmente los buenos resultados anteriormente 15 citados.
El dibujo adjunto, ilustra la invención tomando como base un ejemplo de una versión. La figura muestra un corte transversal de un componente de automóvil, por ejemplo, una moldura 1 construida a base de aluminio. La superficie de la moldura 1 está anodizada. A este respecto puede preverse un anodizado incoloro o un anodizado coloreado. 20 En particular, debe tenerse en cuenta que según el tipo y la duración del anodizado, se produce una determinada aspereza de la superficie. Según el anodizado, se aplica sobre la moldura 1 un revestimiento sol-gel mediante un proceso de pulverización, mediante rodillos, inmersión, rasquetas y/o cilindros, y se endurece mediante un proceso térmico. El revestimiento sol–gel 2 es incombustible así como estable al calor y al fuego. En caso de incendio no se forma ninguna clase de gases a partir del revestimiento 2. El material del revestimiento está formado de preferencia
25 exclusivamente por componentes inorgánicos. Alternativamente, es sin embargo también posible, que estén presentes componentes orgánicos. También es posible una combinación de componentes orgánicos e inorgánicos.
Claims (3)
- REIVINDICACIONES1.Componente de automóvil, en particular, un accesorio de automóvil, de preferencia un componente de automóvil situado al exterior, con particular preferencia, una moldura para automóvil de aluminio anodizado o de una aleación5 de aluminio anodizada, el cual, por lo menos parcialmente, está provisto de un revestimiento sol-gel (2), caracterizado porque, el revestimiento sol-gel (2) es un revestimiento híbrido con ingredientes orgánicos e ingredientes inorgánicos, en donde las substancias ingredientes orgánicos pertenecen al grupo fenilo o al grupo metacrilato y los ingredientes inorgánicos son poliuretansilanos, y en donde el revestimiento sol-gel (2) es un revestimiento coloreado mediante la adición de aditivos.10 2.Componente de automóvil según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque, el revestimiento sol-gel (2) es un revestimiento sol-gel a base de silicato.
- 3.Componente de automóvil según una de las precedentes reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque, el revestimiento 15 sol-gel (2) está formado además, a base de ingredientes orgánicos y/o ingredientes inorgánicos.
- 4.Componente de automóvil según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque, el revestimiento sol-gel (2) tiene un grueso desde 0,5 µm hasta 5 µm.20 5.Automóvil con un componente de automóvil según una o varias de las precedentes reivindicaciones.1
