技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝阳极氧化处理过的铝或铝合金制成的汽车部件,尤其是汽车附加部件(Anbauteil),优选为汽车外部部件,尤其优选为汽车装饰件。
背景技术
现有的铝制汽车部件被抛光或铝阳极氧化处理。这些部件遭受机械和化学负荷。例如,在清洗汽车时此类部件接触清洗剂。如果所采用的清洗剂具有侵蚀作用,这就会导致汽车部件表面可见的损害。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务就是提供一种汽车部件,该部件的表面具有较强的抵御环境影响及其他负荷(尤其是酸、碱和溶剂)的耐久性。
根据本发明,该任务如此实现:部件,尤其是在铝阳极氧化处理工序(至少部分进行处理)之后的部件设置溶胶-凝胶涂层。溶胶-凝胶涂层可以特别理解为是无机催化的二氧化硅微粒的胶质溶液(Sol),其中溶液通过凝胶化而转变成凝胶,并被用作用于经过铝阳极氧化处理的特殊的铝或铝合金制汽车部件的涂层。因此该溶胶-凝胶涂层在汽车部件上形成涂层。

优选规定在溶胶-凝胶涂层另外包含的无机成分材料和/或在复合涂层中含有的无机成分材料为以下材料:PU-硅烷(Silane)和/或EP-硅烷,其中PU表示聚氨酯(Polyurethan)而EP表示环氧。
根据本发明的另一实施方式,溶胶-凝胶涂层具有0.5μm到5μm的厚度。
进一步地,如果溶胶-凝胶涂层形成为无色透明的溶胶-凝胶涂层则是有益的。可选择地,也可能添加彩色的附加的材料,尤其是涂料,以便得到彩色的表面布置。
本发明还涉及一种汽车,该汽车的汽车部件具有如前面实施方式所述的溶胶-凝胶涂层。这种汽车附加部件例如涉及汽车的窗口侧封面(Fensterschachtabdeckung)、窗框或者装饰条,其中汽车部件由铝或者铝合金构成。该汽车部件表面经过铝阳极氧化处理。该汽车部件尤其是在外面(至少部分)设置溶胶-凝胶涂层。通过该涂层而形成较高的、抵御大多数酸、碱和溶剂的耐久性。该溶胶-凝胶涂层具有封闭的多孔表面,并且不仅耐腐蚀、耐风化和耐光,而且还能够通过诸如特别强的抗污染性和便捷的可清洁性的其他特征而出众。也能够将该溶胶-凝胶涂层作为有光泽的涂层或者无光泽的涂层实施。缎面光泽效果也是可能实现的。
在一个优选实施例中规定在浸渍工序中用溶剂-凝胶涂层设置汽车附加部件。可选择且依赖于所涂层的部件几何形状,也能够通过轧制进行溶胶-凝胶涂层的喷涂或者涂抹。通过这种方式的附加可以达到特别恒定的层厚。
进一步地,如果溶胶-凝胶涂层具有0.5μm到5μm的厚度则是有益的,从而仅须采用相对少的涂层材料也同样实现前面所说的好的结果。

借助于实施例和附图说明本发明。附图显示了铝制汽车部件,例如装饰条1的横截面。装饰条1的表面经过铝阳极氧化处理。其中可以规定无色的或者彩色的铝阳极氧化。尤其可以规定通过铝阳极氧化的形式和持续时间而采用某个表面粗糙度。在铝阳极氧化之后,溶胶-凝胶涂层通过喷涂(Spritzen)、滚(Rollen)、浸渍、刮(Rakeln)和/或轧制而涂敷在装饰条1上,并通过加热过程硬化。溶胶-凝胶涂层2是不可燃的以及耐热和耐火的。在燃烧时从涂层

出发不形成任何气体。涂层材料最好仅包括无机组分。可选择地,含有有机组分也可以。另外,无机组分和有机组分的组合物也可以。

Claims (12)

1、一种由经过铝阳极氧化处理的铝或者铝合金制成的汽车部件,尤其是汽车附加部件,优选汽车外部部件,特别优选汽车装饰件,其特征在于,所述部件至少部分设置有溶胶-凝胶涂层(2)。
2、如权利要求1所述的汽车部件,其特征在于,所述溶胶-凝胶涂层(2)为硅酸盐溶胶-凝胶涂层。
3、如前面任意一项权利要求所述的汽车部件,其特征在于,所述溶胶-凝胶涂层(2)另外配备无机成分材料。
4、如前面任意一项权利要求所述的汽车部件,其特征在于,所述溶胶-凝胶涂层(2)另外配备有机成分材料。
5、如前面任意一项权利要求所述的汽车部件,其特征在于,所述溶胶-凝胶涂层(2)另外配备有机和/或无机成分材料。
6、如前面任意一项权利要求所述的汽车部件,其特征在于,所述溶胶-凝胶涂层(2)为含有机和无机成分材料的复合涂层。
7、如前面任意一项权利要求所述的汽车部件,其特征在于,所述成分材料为附加的材料。
8、如前面任意一项权利要求所述的汽车部件,其特征在于,所述溶胶-凝胶涂层(2)具有0.5μm到5μm的厚度。
9、如前面任意一项权利要求所述的汽车部件,其特征在于,所述溶胶-凝胶涂层(2)为无色透明的涂层或者通过附加的材料,尤其是涂料的附加的彩色涂层。
10、如前面任意一项权利要求所述的汽车部件,其特征在于,所述溶胶-凝胶涂层(2)中另外含有的有机成分材料和/或所述复合涂层中含有的有机成分材料为以下组的材料:苯基组和/或丙烯酸甲酯组。
11、如前面任意一项权利要求所述的汽车部件,其特征在于,所述溶胶-凝胶涂层(2)中另外含有的无机成分材料和/或所述复合涂层中含有的无机成分材料为以下组的材料:PU硅烷组和/或EP硅烷组,其中PU表示聚氨酯而EP表示环氧。
12、一种具有如上述任意一项或若干项权利要求所述的汽车部件的汽车。
