Description
DESCRIÇÃO "PIGMENTAÇÃO PARCIAL DE UMA CAMADA DE COBERTURA DESTINADA A EVITAR INTERFERÊNCIAS EM PEÇAS DE ALUMÍNIO OU PEÇAS QUE COMPREENDEM ALUMÍNIO" A invenção refere-se a uma peça em alumínio ou a uma peça que compreende alumínio, e cuja superfície é tratada, sendo dotada, em particular, de uma ou várias camadas de cobertura. 0 documento WO 2004/063427 divulga um processo para tratar a superfície de peças em alumínio com os passos de anodização ou oxidação anódica, pigmentação ou coloração, ou coloração por interferência, densificação a frio, por meio de uma solução com componentes silicatados e sais de níquel, e/ou densificação a quente, por hidratação. O documento US 3374155 divulga um processo para tratar a superfície de peças em alumínio com os passos: anodização ou oxidação anódica, pigmentação ou coloração, densificação por meio de uma solução silicatado, para formar uma camada cerâmica fina, sem pigmentos refringentes. O tratamento da superfície de peças deste género pode levar a efeitos de interferências ópticas, que geram, entre outros, a impressão de uma estrutura superficial irregular e, por conseguinte, opticamente inestética. 1 A invenção, por conseguinte, tem por base o objectivo de criar um processo para o tratamento da superfície de peças em alumínio, ou de peças que compreendem alumínio que, apesar do tratamento superficial por meio de uma e/ou várias camadas de cobertura, dão uma impressão opticamente irrepreensível, em particular isenta de interferências.
Este objectivo é solucionado, de acordo com a invenção, submetendo a superfície da peça em alumínio, ou da peça que compreende alumínio, em primeiro lugar, a uma oxidação anódica. Isto gera uma estrutura em forma de pente, ou porosa, sobre a superfície que apresenta depressões abertas para o exterior ou poros. Subsequentemente é introduzida, pelo menos, uma substância de pigmentação, em particular uma substância de pigmentação completa, nas depressões ou poros. Alternativamente, ou adicionalmente, introduzem-se substâncias, em particular substâncias metálicas, nas depressões ou poros, em particular, através de um processo de deposição num banho e uma subsequente oxidação das substâncias, em particular por aplicação de uma corrente eléctrica. Por este meio ajusta-se a cor das substâncias, em que também é possível um ajuste "incolor". Em seguida aplica-se, pelo menos, uma camada de cobertura na forma de um revestimento sol-gel silicatado sobre a superfície, em que a camada de cobertura apresenta um pigmento que serve, em particular, para fins de refractância. Utiliza-se portanto um tal revestimento, que esteja dotado de um pigmento deste género. Devido à pigmentação das depressões ou poros e/ou à sua coloração devida às substâncias oxidadas e à pigmentação do revestimento, não ocorrem quaisquer interferências ópticas, de modo que uma superfície assim tratada possui uma aparência completamente uniforme. 2
Segundo um aperfeiçoamento da invenção, está previsto que o revestimento sol-gel seja aplicado com uma espessura de camada de 0,5 μιη a 5 pm. Isto permite alcançar resultados particularmente bons.
Segundo um aperfeiçoamento da invenção, está previsto que o pigmento utilizado para estar presente no revestimento sol-gel seja um pigmento inorgânico. A substância de pigmentação destinada a ser introduzida nas depressões ou nos poros, pode apresentar um pigmento que é igualmente inorgânico. É ainda vantajoso que a estrutura porosa seja concebida na forma de estrutura de poros finos.
Segundo um aperfeiçoamento da invenção, está previsto que seja utilizada uma substância de pigmentação e/ou um pigmento com uma qualquer cor, ou respectivamente com uma qualquer cor, em particular uma cor transparente. Consequentemente podem ser utilizadas para a substância de pigmentação e/ou o pigmento quaisquer cores diferentes ou também iguais, em particular também pigmentos incolores. A invenção refere-se ainda a uma peça em alumínio ou que compreende alumínio, preparada segundo o processo de acordo com as realizações anteriores. A invenção refere-se a uma peça em alumínio ou a uma peça que compreende alumínio. A superfície da peça é submetida a uma oxidação anódica ou anodização, isto é, forma-se uma camada oxidada sobre a superfície. Este processo realiza-se, em particular, o tempo necessário para que se forme uma estrutura em forma de pente, ou porosa, sobre a superfície da peça (quando 3 observada microscopicamente) . A estrutura em forma de pente ou porosa, não é fechada, sendo, pelo contrário, uma construção aberta para o lado superior. Para efeitos de configuração de cor pode-se introduzir, pelo menos, uma substância pigmentada nas depressões desta estrutura em forma de pente ou porosa, em particular uma estrutura de poros finos. A cor de pigmento considerada pode ser qualquer cor, contudo também uma cor transparente. Alternativamente ou adicionalmente, para efeitos de configuração de cor das depressões desta estrutura em forma de pente ou porosa, em particular da estrutura de poros finos, pode-se ajustar uma cor ou um espectro de cores à superfície, por meio de processos de deposição e processos de oxidação, em particular por acção de uma corrente eléctrica, em função do produto de deposição empregue, em particular das substâncias metálicas. Alternativamente ou adicionalmente, a uma configuração colorida, é também concebível uma cor transparente. Subsequentemente aplica-se um revestimento sol-gel silicatado sobre a superfície oxidada anodicamente, em que o revestimento sol-gel é dotado, antes ou durante o processo de revestimento, de um pigmento, de um modo preferido inorgânico, numa fracção volumétrica reduzida de 0,1 a 0,01. Através da adição deste pigmento, que pode ser igualmente configurado em qualquer cor, ou também transparente, evita-se a formação de uma interferência, isto é, as diversas camadas sobre a peça não conduzem a efeitos ópticos de interferência. O revestimento sol-gel é endurecido por aplicação de calor. A espessura de camada do revestimento sol-gel silicatado perfaz, de um modo preferido, 0,5 pm a 5 pm.
Antes da aplicação do revestimento sol-gel e/ou antes ou depois da introdução, nos poros, da substância pigmentada e/ou 4 das substâncias oxidáveis para efeitos de coloração, pode-se efectuar opcionalmente uma densificação, de modo que os poros na região superior se comprimam, sem contudo fechar. A densificação pode ser efectuada, em particular, por hidratação.

Claims (4)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES 1. Processo para o tratamento da superfície de peças em alumínio ou de peças que compreendem alumínio, com os seguintes passos: -Oxidação anódica da superfície, - introdução de, pelo menos, uma substância de pigmentação, em particular uma substância de pigmentação completa, em depressões abertas na direcção da superfície ou poros, de uma estrutura em forma de pente ou porosa, gerada pela oxidação anódica da superfície, e/ou - introdução de substâncias oxidáveis em depressões abertas na direcção da superfície ou poros, de uma estrutura em forma de pente ou porosa, gerada pela oxidação anódica da superfície e oxidação destas substâncias, - Aplicação de um revestimento de sol-gel silicatado sobre a superfície, em que o revestimento sol-gel apresenta um pigmento, que serve, em particular, para fins de refractância.
- 2. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por o revestimento sol-gel ser aplicado com uma espessura de camada de 0,5 pm a 5 pm. 1 Processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por o pigmento utilizado para estar presente no revestimento sol-gel ser um pigmento inorgânico. Processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por a estrutura porosa ser realizada na forma de uma estrutura de poros finos. Processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por ser utilizada uma substância de pigmentação e/ou um pigmento com uma qualquer cor, ou respectivamente com uma qualquer cor, em particular uma cor transparente.
- 6. Processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado por ser efectuada uma densificação, em particular por hidratação, da estrutura em forma de pente ou porosa, antes da aplicação do revestimento sol-gel.
