Abstract
Unidad generadora de presión, en especial unidad generadora de presión dispuesta en el mango de un dispositivo de biopsia por vacío, estando configurada la unidad generadora de presión a modo de una jeringa y comprende un cilindro (5), un émbolo (6) y un husillo 7 de émbolo y en la que la entrada de aire en la cámara evacuada del cilindro al retrotraer el émbolo es liberada por la conmutación a la generación de una sobrepresión en una posición de liberación del émbolo, caracterizada porque la cámara (11) evacuada del cilindro se conecta en la posición de liberación por medio de un tubo (21) de unión con la cámara (12) del cilindro sometida a la presión atmosférica en el dorso del émbolo y porque sobre el husillo (7) del émbolo se dispone un material (14) no tejido absorbente, de manera, que la linfa, que escapa durante la apertura de pequeña duración, penetre directamente en el material no tejido y sea absorbida por este.
Description
Unidad generadora de presión.
El invento se refiere a una unidad generadora de
presión, en especial una unidad generadora de presión dispuesta en
el mango de un dispositivo de biopsia por vacío, construida a modo
de jeringa y en la que al retirar el émbolo en la cámara evacuada
del cilindro se libera, durante la conexión de la generación de
presión, la entrada de aire a través de la posición del émbolo.
Una unidad generadora de presión de esta clase
en un dispositivo de biopsia por vacío es conocida a través del
documento DE 202 04363 U o del documento DE 202 11934 U. La unidad
generadora de presión está conectada por medio de un tubo de unión
con una unidad de aguja de biopsia, que se introduce en el tejido a
analizar. La unidad generadora de presión y la unidad de aguja
están dispuestas paralelas en la carcasa de un mango. Para al
extracción de la muestra se genera por medio de la unidad generadora
de presión un vacío en la cámara de la aguja.
Para poder utilizar también la unidad generadora
de presión para generar una sobrepresión se prevé un orificio de
ventilación, que al ser liberado por el émbolo de la jeringa
destruye el vacío creado, de manera, que el aire entrante pueda ser
comprimido con el émbolo de la jeringa.
Dado que con el vacío no sólo se aspira a la
cámara de extracción de muestras la muestra, sino también linfa,
puede escapar hacia el interior del mango, en especial con una
posición desfavorable de la unidad generadora de presión,
respectivamente del mango con la unidad de aguja y de la unidad
generadora de presión unida con él y con una liberación de corta
duración del orificio de ventilación, la linfa, que haya penetrado
en la cámara del émbolo del cilindro. Para evitar esto ya se
propuso hermetizar el orificio de ventilación por medio de una
esponja dispuesta en el lado exterior del cilindro del émbolo. Sin
embargo, esto no es suficiente en todos los casos.
A través del documento US 5,971,939 se conoce
una unidad generadora de presión conforme con el preámbulo de la
reivindicación 1.
El objeto del presente invento es por ello, por
un lado, permitir, que el aire necesario para la anulación del
vacío penetre en el cilindro y por otro, evitar de manera fiable el
ensuciamiento del espacio interior de la carcasa del mango con la
fuga de linfa.
La solución del problema reside, de acuerdo con
la reivindicación 1, en que la cámara de cilindro evacuada
comunique por medio de un tubo de unión con la cámara del cilindro
sometida a la presión atmosférica en el otro lado del émbolo y en
que sobre el husillo del émbolo se disponga un material no tejido
absorbente.
Con la disposición de una conexión entre las dos
cámaras del cilindro separadas por el émbolo, siendo establecida o
cerrada la conexión por medio de la posición del émbolo y con la
disposición de un material no tejido absorbente en la cámara del
cilindro sometida a la presión atmosférica, puede entrar, por un
lado, aire desde el exterior en la parte evacuada del cilindro y,
por otro, con el material no tejido absorbente se absorbe la fuga de
linfa en la parte de cilindro evacuada. La longitud de la unión se
elige de tal modo, que la ranura se halle, después de la liberación
de la unión para la entrada del aire encima del material no tejido
absorbente en el orificio final de la cámara del cilindro sometida
a la presión atmosférica. Esto tiene la ventaja de que la linfa,
que escapa eventualmente durante la apertura de corta duración de la
unión, penetre directamente en el material no tejido y sea
absorbida por él.
La utilización de un material no tejido
absorbente y permeable al aire tiene, además, la ventaja de que se
filtra el aire entrante, con lo que no penetran partículas en la
cámara del cilindro.
Como material para el material no tejido se
comprobó, que es especialmente sencillo y barato utilizar celulosa,
en especial un papel absorbente. De manera ventajosa se sujeta el
material no tejido de modo inamovible por medio de un disco de
seguridad dispuesto sobre el husillo del émbolo. Esto tiene la
ventaja de que el material no tejido no puede desplazarse durante
el funcionamiento sobre el husillo del émbolo reduciendo con ello la
eficacia del material no tejido.
En lo que sigue se describirá el invento con
detalle por medio de un ejemplo de ejecución. En el dibujo
muestran:

La figura 1 muestra un dispositivo 1 de biopsia
en el que la unidad 2 generadora de presión se aloja en una carcasa
en paralelo con la unidad 3 de aguja. La unidad generadora de
presión es accionada por ejemplo con un motor eléctrico con
reductor (no representado) a través de la rueda 4 dentada.
La unidad generadora de presión, construida a
modo de una jeringa, se compone de un cilindro 5 en el que se puede
desplazar longitudinalmente un émbolo 6 por medio de un husillo 7 de
émbolo. El accionamiento del husillo del émbolo se compone de una
rueda 4 dentada montada en el extremo abierto del cilindro, estando
configurado el centro de la rueda dentada como tuerca de husillo,
que coopera con el husillo 7 de émbolo alojado en su interior. A
través de un piñón no representado montado sobre el árbol del motor
eléctrico se desplaza el husillo 7 del émbolo por medio de la rueda
4 dentada hacia la conexión 8 o hacia la rueda dentada 4, según el
sentido de giro del motor. El cilindro de la unidad generadora de
presión posee en un extremo una conexión 8 para una pieza 9 de
unión unida con la unidad 3 de la aguja de biopsia. En el lado
opuesto a la conexión se dispone una rueda 4 dentada con rosca
interior (tuerca del husillo), que coopera con el husillo 7 del
émbolo, de manera, que el émbolo 6 recorra en cada revolución de la
rueda dentada un camino exactamente definido, según el giro del
motor, hacia uno o el otro lado. La rueda dentada puede estar
alojada en el extremo abierto del cilindro.
Por lo tanto, según el sentido de giro se puede
desplazar el émbolo 6 por medio del accionamiento con rueda dentada
y husillo hacia el fondo del cilindro o alejándolo de este hacia la
rueda dentada. La unidad generadora de presión se describe con
detalle en un dispositivo de biopsia como el representado en la
figura 1 y descrito con detalle en el documento DE 202 04 363 U,
pudiendo, por ejemplo, estar alojada en él; la distancia entre la
pared 1 y la ranura 20 de introducción del husillo del émbolo se
elige de tal modo, que la unidad generadora de presión no se pueda
desplazar en el sentido longitudinal y que la rueda 4 dentada apoye
con ello en el cilindro. Al retrotraer el émbolo hasta poco delante
del orificio del tubo 21 de unión, en este caso una ranura 15 en la
pared del cilindro, es decir en la dirección hacia la rueda 4
dentada, se crea en el sistema de la aguja de biopsia un vacío
(véase la figura 3). Después de la liberación de la entrada de aire
en la cámara 11 del cilindro (orificio del tubo de unión, la ranura
está abierta) - como se describirá más abajo - se anula el vacío
creado anteriormente en el sistema de la aguja de biopsia (véase la
figura 4) por medio de la entrada de aire. Si, después de la
entrada del aire, se desplaza el émbolo en la dirección hacia la
conexión 8, se genera una presión en el sistema.
El husillo del émbolo soporta en el lado opuesto
al accionamiento, es decir en el lado de conexión, el émbolo 6 con
una camisa de goma. La camisa de goma del émbolo hermetiza en la
pared interior del cilindro del émbolo la cámara 11 izquierda del
cilindro (cámara delante de la conexión) con relación a la cámara 12
del cilindro. Por lo tanto, si el racor 8 de conexión está unido a
través de la pieza 9 de unión con la unidad de la aguja de biopsia
y si la aguja de biopsia se halla introducida por ejemplo en un
tejido, se crea con el desplazamiento del émbolo hacia el lado de
accionamiento un vacío en el sistema de la aguja de biopsia. La
cámara 12 del cilindro sigue estando sometida a la presión
atmosférica. En la pared 13 lateral del émbolo, que se halla en la
cámara 12 del cilindro, se dispone un material 14 no tejido
absorbente, que es atravesado coaxialmente por el husillo del
émbolo y que se sujeta por ejemplo con un disco 18 de seguridad
fijado al husillo del émbolo. El material no tejido posee una
configuración redonda y asienta en la pared interior del cilindro
con un ligero efecto de hermetización. Para poder colocarlo con
facilidad por encima del husillo del émbolo se ranura el material
no tejido configurado como disco perforado. El material no tejido se
puede componer de varios discos individuales con un grueso de
aproximadamente 1 mm. Pero también se puede construir en una pieza.
Posee una extensión de aproximadamente 3 mm. El material no tejido
está colocado directamente sobre la pared 13 lateral del émbolo y
es sujetado con el disco de seguridad. En la parte del cilindro
adyacente a la rueda 4 dentada se mecaniza, como conexión 21, una
ranura 15 en la pared interior de la pared del cilindro. Como
muestra la figura 5, la profundidad de la ranura equivale
aproximadamente a la mitad del grueso de la pared. La longitud de
la ranura (figura 5) se elige de tal modo, que la ranura termine,
cuando se libera la entrada de aire, en el centro del material 14
no tejido absorbente y que a través de la ranura se comunique la
cámara 11 del cilindro a ventilar con la presión atmosférica
exterior. La ranura posee en esta posición en cierto modo dos
"orificios". El "orificio 17" termina en la cámara 11 del
cilindro y el otro "orificio 16" termina encima del material
14 no tejido, cuando el émbolo fue llevado a la posición de apertura
(véase la figura 4).
En la utilización del aparato de biopsia por
vacío según el documento DE 202 04 363 U o el documento DE 202 11
934 U se comprobó, que el efecto de aspiración de la unidad
generadora de presión es tan intenso, que, según la posición del
dispositivo de biopsia, puede penetrar durante la toma de muestras
en la unidad generadora de presión una cantidad mayor o menor de
linfa. Con la disposición de una ranura 15 en la cámara interior
del cilindro, que sobre todo es necesaria para la anulación del
vacío, no es posible evitar siempre la fuga de linfa durante la
apertura de pequeña duración del orificio de ventilación y el cierre
ulterior.
Dado, sin embargo, que la ranura se configura de
tal modo, que el "orificio 16" termine encima del material no
tejido absorbente, se absorbe la linfa y ninguna cantidad de linfa
penetra en la carcasa del mango de biopsia. Cuando se libera el
"orificio 16" de la ranura (figura 4), el aire, que se halla
por encima de la cámara 9 del cilindro, puede penetrar a través del
material no tejido absorbente y de la ranura en la cámara 11 del
cilindro y anular aquí el vacío. Por lo tanto, el aire es filtrado
antes de entrar en la cámara 11 del cilindro. La entrada de linfa
en la carcasa del mango del aparato de biopsia debe ser evitada
imprescindiblemente a causa de los componentes electrónicos allí
existentes, ya que un limpieza en húmedo del mango puede dar lugar
a grandes averías del sistema electrónico.
En el ejemplo de ejecución se prevé como
conexión de la cámara 11 del cilindro con la cámara 12 del cilindro
una ranura dispuesta en el interior. La conexión también se puede
construir como tubo situado en el exterior o como tubo integrado en
la envolvente del cilindro. Para la solución del problema es
importante, que la linfa, que puede escapar durante la anulación
del vacío, se conduzca de manera definida de tal modo, que la linfa
sea absorbida con un material no tejido absorbente y no penetre en
la carcasa.

Claims (7)
1. Unidad generadora de presión, en especial
unidad generadora de presión dispuesta en el mango de un dispositivo
de biopsia por vacío, estando configurada la unidad generadora de
presión a modo de una jeringa y comprende un cilindro (5), un
émbolo (6) y un husillo 7 de émbolo y en la que la entrada de aire
en la cámara evacuada del cilindro al retrotraer el émbolo es
liberada por la conmutación a la generación de una sobrepresión en
una posición de liberación del émbolo, caracterizada porque
la cámara (11) evacuada del cilindro se conecta en la posición de
liberación por medio de un tubo (21) de unión con la cámara (12) del
cilindro sometida a la presión atmosférica en el dorso del émbolo y
porque sobre el husillo (7) del émbolo se dispone un material (14)
no tejido absorbente, de manera, que la linfa, que escapa durante la
apertura de pequeña duración, penetre directamente en el material
no tejido y sea absorbida por este.
2. Unidad generadora de presión según la
reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el tubo de unión se
configura como ranura (15) situada en el interior en el cilindro,
que con el émbolo desplazado hacia el lado de accionamiento
establece una comunicación entre la cámara (11) evacuada del
cilindro y la cámara (12) del cilindro comunicada con la presión
atmosférica y porque el material (14) no tejido absorbente se
dispone en la cámara (12) del cilindro sobre el husillo del émbolo
entre el dorso del émbolo y la pared interior del cilindro.
3. Unidad generadora de presión según la
reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque la ranura (15)
termina, después de la apertura de la comunicación entre las dos
cámaras (11, 12) del cilindro encima del material (14) no
tejido.
4. Unidad generadora de presión según la
reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el material (14) no
tejido se compone de celulosa absorbente.
5. Unidad generadora de presión según la
reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque como material (14) no
tejido se utiliza un filtro de papel.
6. Unidad generadora de presión según una de las
reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque el
material (14) no tejido se sujeta en su posición sobre el husillo
(7) del émbolo con un disco (18) de seguridad dispuesto sobre el
husillo del émbolo.
7. Unidad generadora de presión según la
reivindicación 6, caracterizada porque el material (14) no
tejido se dispone de manera asentada sobre el dorso del émbolo y se
sujeta con el disco (18) de seguridad.
