Description
Procedimiento para seleccionar una grabación en
un sistema digital de reproducción audiovisual y sistema para llevar
a cabo dicho procedimiento.
La presente invención se refiere a un
procedimiento de selección de una grabación en un sistema digital de
reproducción audiovisual con pantalla táctil y al sistema para la
implementación del procedimiento.
Este tipo de sistemas de reproducción
audiovisual suelen encontrarse en cafés o pubs. De hecho, este tipo
de sistema está formado por una máquina de reproducción sonora
normalmente llamada juke-box (tocadiscos), asociada
a un monitor que permite la presentación de imágenes o clips de
vídeo. Para ello el juke-box está equipado con un
lector de discos compactos de vídeo y con una discoteca de discos
compactos de vídeo e incluye unos botones de preselección que
localizan los títulos de los fragmentos musicales cuya selección se
propone. El pago de un canon adecuado seguido de una o varias
preselecciones permite poner en marcha el sistema con la carga
automática en el lector del disco en el que figura el fragmento
elegido, pudiendo entonces iniciarse la reproducción audiovisual
deseada.
No obstante, estos sistemas, a pesar de que
permiten una reproducción fiel y de buena calidad, presentan serios
inconvenientes. De este modo, un primer inconveniente se refiere al
volumen necesario para el almacenamiento de la discoteca, lo que
implica por lo tanto que el sistema tenga unas grandes dimensiones y
resulte voluminoso. Igualmente, estos sistemas que utilizan unos
materiales básicamente mecánicos que incorporan unas técnicas
sofisticadas presentan unos índices de avería significativos, lo que
es otro inconveniente. Por último, es muy raro que todos los
fragmentos de un disco se escuchen habitualmente, e incluso algunos
no se escuchan casi nunca, sin que por ello puedan ser eliminados.
Otro inconveniente se deriva del hecho de que las empresas que
gestionan y distribuyen estos sistemas introducen en el circuito un
número limitado de discos idénticos, obligando a sus clientes a una
cierta rotación, lo que a veces les supone a estos últimos una
incómoda espera cuando un disco no se encuentra disponible.
Por otra parte, mediante la solicitud de patente
PCT/WO 93 184 65 se conocen juke-boxes
informatizados que permiten recibir a través de una red de
telecomunicaciones y un módem que conecta el
juke-box a la red, informaciones digitales que
constituyen canciones o fragmentos musicales telecargados en una
memoria de masa del juke-box. El sistema de
comunicaciones sirve también para la telecarga de ficheros
representativos de informaciones gráficas digitalizadas, estando
comprimidos las canciones y los ficheros gráficos antes de su envío
a la red. Posteriormente, el procesador del
juke-box utiliza estos ficheros descomprimiéndolos y
enviando los datos gráficos al circuito de vídeo, y los datos de la
canción al circuito de audio.
No obstante, el procesador también gestiona los
interfaces hombre-máquina y la gestión de estos
diferentes elementos se realiza de manera secuencial, presentando
las imágenes gráficas representativas de la canción y respondiendo
posteriormente al accionamiento de las teclas por el usuario,
comprobando a continuación si el usuario ha abonado el importe
necesario y, finalmente, cuando se ha abonado el importe necesario,
depositando la selección en una cola de espera para su posterior
ejecución. Por otra parte, este sistema sólo puede funcionar
presentando previamente las imágenes gráficas y lanzando a
continuación la reproducción de la canción, ya que el procesador no
puede, según los organigramas, ejecutar dos tareas
simultáneamente.
El accionamiento de las teclas por parte del
usuario requiere un aprendizaje, es una fuente de errores y además
necesita un tiempo de selección relativamente largo.
Igualmente se conoce mediante el documento GB 2
259 398 un juke-box con presentación de la cubierta
del disco. Este juke-box está equipado con una
pantalla táctil para seleccionar informaciones visuales en la
pantalla, con un sistema de control de las informaciones
presentadas en la pantalla y con unos medios de reproducción de la
música (lector de CD, de cassettes y/o de discos de vinilo). Las
informaciones se presentan en pantalla en forma de ventanas. Está
previsto poder añadir o retirar discos.
También se conoce a través del documento WO 96
12258 un sistema de reproducción audiovisual digital inteligente.
Este sistema incluye un microprocesador asociado a un dispositivo de
pago, unos medios de memorización de masa para almacenar en formato
digital las informaciones visuales y sonoras que van a utilizarse,
unos medios de presentación y de reproducción sonora y una pantalla
táctil. La pantalla táctil está asociada a un programa de interfaz
que traduce los eventos exteriores para iniciar la modificación del
desarrollo de uno de los módulos del programa.
La presente invención tiene por objeto proponer
un procedimiento de selección de una grabación que resulte de fácil
manejo y pueda utilizarlo fácilmente un neófito.
Este objeto se consigue mediante un
procedimiento de selección de una grabación en un sistema de
reproducción audiovisual de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1.
Otro objeto de la invención consiste en proponer
un sistema de reproducción audiovisual que permita la implementación
del procedimiento.
Este objeto se consigue mediante un sistema de
reproducción audiovisual de acuerdo con la reivindicación 9.
Se observarán otras ventajas y particularidades
de la presente invención mediante la lectura de la siguiente
descripción, efectuada haciendo referencia a las figuras adjuntas
incluidas a modo de ejemplo ilustrativo pero no limitativo de una
realización de la invención, en las cuales:
La figura 1 representa un esquema eléctrico del
material que constituye la invención;
La figura 2 representa un organigrama que hace
aparecer los módulos de servicios específicos de una tarea
encargándose de la gestión el sistema operativo multitarea, estando
incluido el conjunto de los módulos en una librería almacenada en
los medios de memorización;
La figura 3 representa la organización del
sistema multitarea que gestiona el conjunto de los medios de
hardware y software;
La figura 4 representa un organigrama de
descripción del funcionamiento del sistema operativo multitarea;

realizada cuando el sistema de reproducción audiovisual reproduce
una grabación seleccionada;

presentación gráfica correspondiente a un primer modo de realización
de un menú de selección;
La figura 10 representa la presentación gráfica
correspondiente a un segundo modo de validación del menú de
selección.
Preferiblemente, si bien de manera no
limitativa, el sistema de reproducción audiovisual utiliza los
elementos de hardware enumerados y referenciados a
continuación.
La unidad central (1) con microprocesador es un
sistema compatible PC de alto rendimiento, habiéndose optado
durante la implementación por un sistema del tipo Intel 80486 DX/2
que posee medios de memorización y las siguientes
características:

- compatibilidad con el bus local Vesa,
- \bullet
- memoria caché del procesador: 256 kb
- \bullet
- memoria RAM: 32 Mb o más, auto-alimentada
- \bullet
- puerto serie y paralelo de alto rendimiento
- \bullet
- adaptador gráfico tipo SVGA con microprocesador
- \bullet
- controlador de bus tipo SCSI/2.
En la invención podrá utilizarse cualquier otra
unidad central que posea unas características de rendimiento
equivalentes o superiores.
Esta unidad central controla y gestiona un
circuito (5) de control de sonido, un circuito (4) de control de
telecomunicaciones, un circuito (3) de control de entradas, un
circuito (2) de control de la memoria de masa y un circuito (6) de
control de los medios de presentación. Los medios de presentación
constan principalmente de un monitor de vídeo (62) de pantalla
plana no entrelazado de tipo SVGA de alta resolución y baja
radiación. Este monitor es el que se utiliza para la reproducción
de imágenes (por ejemplo, las portadas de los álbumes de las
selecciones musicales), gráficos o clips de vídeo.
Los medios de memoria de masa (21) utilizan
discos duros de alta velocidad y alta capacidad y están asociados a
los medios de memorización que ya se encuentran presentes en el
dispositivo del microprocesador. Estos medios sirven para el
almacenamiento de informaciones audiovisuales digitalizadas y
comprimidas.
Un módem de telecomunicaciones (41) de alta
velocidad de al menos 28,8 Kbps o cualquier otro material de
telecomunicación asociado a otros medios de telecomunicación está
integrado para autorizar la conexión con una red de distribución de
informaciones audiovisuales controlada por un servidor central.
Para la reproducción de las informaciones
sonoras de las selecciones musicales, el sistema incluye unos
altavoces (54) que reciben la señal de un amplificador sintonizador
(53) conectado al circuito electrónico (5) del tipo sintetizador de
música configurado para soportar un gran número de fuentes de
entrada facilitando una salida que presenta una calidad de tipo CD
(disco compacto) como por ejemplo el adaptador audio multimedia con
microprocesador, del tipo tarjeta "Sound Blaster" SBP32AWE,
fabricado por Creative Labs Inc, al cual se añaden dos memorias
tampón (56, 57) con la finalidad que se explicará
posteriormente.
Igualmente, el circuito de control de los medios
de presentación incluye también dos memorias tampón (66, 67) con la
finalidad que se explicará posteriormente.
Una fuente de alimentación térmicamente regulada
de 240 vatios con ventilador suministra energía al sistema. Esta
fuente de alimentación está protegida contra
sobre-tensiones y superoscilaciones.
El sistema de reproducción audiovisual gestiona,
a través de su circuito controlador de entrada (3), una pantalla
táctil (33) "Intelli Touch" fabricada por Elo Touch Systems
Inc, que incluye un panel de revestimiento del vidrio que utiliza
la "tecnología avanzada de onda de superficie" así como un
controlador de bus de tipo AT. Esta pantalla táctil permite
presentar posteriormente en un monitor de ideo (62) o en la pantalla
de un televisor (61) diversas informaciones de selección utilizadas
por los clientes así como informaciones de comandos y de control de
gestión utilizadas por el encargado o el propietario del sistema.
Igualmente se utiliza para tareas de mantenimiento en combinación
con un teclado externo (34) que puede estar conectado al sistema, el
cual posee para ello un conector de teclado controlado por una
cerradura con llave (32) a través del circuito de interfaz
(3).

El circuito de entrada (3) interactúa igualmente
con el sistema a través de un equipo de mando a distancia (31)
constituido, por ejemplo:

- por un mando a distancia por infrarrojos emisor de Mind Path Technologies Inc, que posee 15 teclas de control para el sistema de microprocesador y 8 teclas de control para el dispositivo de proyección; y
- \bullet
- por un receptor de infrarrojos con adaptador serie de Mind Path Technologies Inc.
Un dispositivo de pago de cánones (35) de
National Rejectors Inc. se encuentra también conectado al circuito
de interfaz de entrada (3). También es posible utilizar cualquier
otro dispositivo que permite la recepción de cualquier medio de pago
mediante monedas, billetes, fichas, tarjetas magnéticas con chip o
una combinación de medios de pago.
Para alojar el sistema, se ha previsto también
un chasis o armazón de acero con adornos exteriores susceptibles de
personalizarse.
Además de estos elementos, un micrófono (55)
inalámbrico está conectado al controlador de sonido (5), lo que
permite transformar a este último en un potente sistema de anuncios
e informaciones destinadas al público o incluso en una máquina de
"karaoke". Igualmente, el conjunto del mando a distancia
permite al encargado, por ejemplo desde detrás de la barra, acceder
y controlar diversos comandos como:

- el comando de encendido/apagado del micrófono;
- \bullet
- el comando de silenciado del volumen de los altavoces;
- \bullet
- el comando del control del volumen sonoro; y
- \bullet
- el comando de cancelación de la selección musical que se está escuchando.
Dos memorias tampón (56, 57) se encuentran
asociadas al circuito controlador de sonido (5) para permitir
memorizar cada una de forma alternativa una información
correspondiente a al menos un cuarto de segundo de sonido.
Igualmente, dos memorias tampón (66, 67) están asociadas al
circuito controlador del vídeo (6) capaces cada una y
alternativamente de memorizar una décima de segundo de imagen. Por
último, una memoria tampón (46, 36, 26) está respectivamente
asociada a cada uno de los circuitos del controlador de
comunicaciones (4), del interfaz de entrada (3) y de memorización
(2).
El software del sistema operativo del sistema se
ha elaborado basándose en una biblioteca de herramientas y
servicios muy orientada al ámbito audiovisual en un universo
multimedia. Esta biblioteca incluye ventajosamente un sistema
operativo multitarea de altas prestaciones que permite eficazmente
la ejecución simultánea de múltiples fragmentos de código. Este
sistema operativo permite de este modo las ejecuciones simultáneas,
de forma ordenada y evitando cualquier conflicto, de operaciones
realizadas en los medios de presentación y los medios de
reproducción sonoros, así como la gestión de las conexiones de
telecomunicaciones a través de la red de distribución. Además, este
software presenta una gran flexibilidad.
Como se verá posteriormente, esta biblioteca
incluye un interfaz de programación para la pantalla táctil (153)
asociado a cada módulo gráfico que se describirá posteriormente y
que incluye, en función del módulo gráfico asociado, unas funciones
de reacciones a una activación por uno o varios eventos externos.
Los eventos externos provienen del usuario y son procesados por el
interfaz de pantalla táctil para poder ser interpretados por el
sistema operativo como el equivalente a un evento de ratón. De este
modo, cuando se toca una zona, el interfaz de la pantalla táctil lo
reconoce como un evento de pulsación (down), el desplazamiento del
dedo sobre la pantalla como un evento de arrastre (drag), la
retirada del dedo de la pantalla como la liberación de un botón
(up). Cada evento interpretado por el interfaz de pantalla táctil
asociado se transmite posteriormente al módulo afectado para
provocar una modificación del desarrollo del programa mediante la
llamada por ejemplo a otro módulo gráfico, o una modificación de
los parámetros físicos de la máquina provocando una memorización de
estos parámetros y una utilización posterior por los elementos
electrónicos asociados a dicho parámetro.
Los datos audiovisuales digitalizados y
comprimidos se almacenan en los medios de memorización (21).
Cada selección está disponible en dos formatos
digitalizados: con calidad Hi-Fi o con calidad
CD.
Con anterioridad a la descripción y a la lectura
del organigrama de la figura 2, es esencial observar que, aunque
todos estos módulos descritos por separado parecen ser utilizados de
forma secuencial, en realidad las tareas específicas de estos
módulos son ejecutadas simultáneamente en un entorno que utiliza el
sistema multitarea. Por consiguiente, el organigrama indica unas
operaciones específicas que un módulo debe efectuar y no una
conexión hacia ese módulo que invalidaría todas las operaciones
efectuadas por el resto de los módulos.
El primer módulo, con la referencia SSM, es el
módulo de arranque del sistema. Este módulo sólo facilita un único
servicio, por lo que se carga automáticamente en el momento del
encendido del sistema. Si el sistema se pone en marcha con un número
de registro correcto, pasará entonces directamente al modo "en
servicio" del módulo de referencia RMM.
El módulo RMM es el módulo del modo "en
servicio" que es el modo de funcionamiento en el cual entra el
sistema al validarse su número de registro. En este modo, el
sistema está preparado para gestionar cualquier solicitud que pueda
ser iniciada por diferentes eventos predefinidos, como por
ejemplo:
- \bullet
- cuando un cliente toca la pantalla: cuando un cliente o un usuario toca la pantalla, el sistema transfiere el control de su sesión de primer plano al módulo CBSM del modo de selección y de navegación del cliente;
- \bullet
- la recepción de una señal procedente del mando a distancia: cuando se recibe un comando, se procesa en una sesión en segundo plano por el módulo SMM de comandos del sistema mientras que la sesión de primer plano permanece disponible para otras acciones;
- \bullet
- la aparición de un fin de temporización que muestra la inactividad del sistema: cuando uno de los distintos temporizadores está activado, el control se pasa temporalmente al módulo IRM de rutinas de inactividad para su procesamiento.
El sistema se mantiene en modo "en
servicio" hasta que se produce uno de los eventos descritos
anteriormente.
De este modo, el módulo RMM del modo en servicio
incluye un módulo que permite una presentación gráfica
correspondiente, por ejemplo, a la de la figura 8. Este módulo
gráfico permite la presentación de una ventana (80) que incluye,
por ejemplo, la presentación en una zona (81) de la mención "en
curso" de ejecución.
Una segunda ventana (82) de menores dimensiones
e incluida en la primera ventana (80) permite la presentación
gráfica de la portada del disco que se está reproduciendo. En una
pantalla alfanumérica (83) aparece el título del álbum que se está
reproduciendo y en una segunda pantalla alfanumérica (84) el nombre
del álbum. En una tercera ventana (85) se menciona el nombre del
artista o del grupo. Estas informaciones proceden de la base de
datos (16) a partir del número de identificación del título y las
informaciones almacenadas en la base de datos de acuerdo con los
procesos de acceso correspondientes a la figura 7 se explican
posteriormente. Por último, esta ventana (80) incluye una zona (86)
en la que figura la mención "pulsar" o "púlseme" invitando
al usuario a apoyar su dedo en la pantalla para que el módulo RMM,
al detectar a través del módulo de interfaz de la pantalla táctil
la posición del dedo en cualquier zona de la pantalla, transfiera el
control de su sesión al módulo CBSM de modo de selección y de
navegación a través de las selecciones por el cliente.
En el caso de que el juke-box no
esté reproduciendo una canción y cuando las canciones de la cola se
hayan agotado, la pantalla podrá servir para presentar eventos
promocionales o para presentar las selecciones de muestra
introducidas en la memoria por el encargado del
juke-box. El objeto de estas muestras de selección
consiste en invitar a los clientes a escuchar la canción entera,
pudiendo efectuarse de forma aleatoria o ser preseleccionadas por
el encargado del establecimiento, memorizándose dicha selección y
sirviendo como criterio de búsqueda en la base de datos del
juke-box.
El módulo IRM es el módulo de rutinas de
inactividad. Este módulo contiene rutinas que realizan funciones
predeterminadas como la presentación de la portada de un álbum, la
emisión de partes de fragmentos musicales presentes en el sistema,
la reproducción de selecciones completas con fines promocionales
internos, reproducciones de audio con fines promocionales externos,
anuncios promocionales hablados de nuevas selecciones musicales y
el retorno a una fuente auxiliar, las cuales pueden activarse cuando
el sistema está inactivo y ha transcurrido un período de tiempo
predefinido pero ajustable correspondiente a una temporización.
El módulo de interfaz de programación (153) de
la pantalla táctil (33) incluye diferentes módulos. Cada uno de los
sub-módulos corresponde a uno de los módulos
gráficos descritos anteriormente.
El módulo CBSM es el módulo de modo de selección
y de navegación del cliente. El acceso a este módulo se inicia a
partir del modo "en servicio" de la figura 8 cuando el cliente
toca la pantalla. La presentación permite al usuario presentar un
menú de selección previsto en las figuras 9 o 10 para una navegación
rápida y orientar al usuario en su selección musical.
La figura 9 representa una primera variante del
menú de selección, en la que la pantalla del monitor permite la
presentación de una ventana (90) en cuyo interior figura una agenda
provista, por ejemplo, de un índice (96). En una de las páginas de
la agenda figura una ventana de presentación de la portada de un
álbum (92) y en la otra página figuran por una parte la lista (94)
de los títulos incluidos en el álbum y por otra parte un teclado
alfanumérico (95) que permite iniciar la reproducción de la
grabación seleccionada previamente al pulsar uno de los títulos de
la lista (94), lo que la destaca, por ejemplo, realzando su brillo.
En la parte inferior de la pantalla, aparece una franja (93) en la
que se encuentra una pluralidad de pequeñas ventajas (931 a 934)
que permiten cada una la presentación de una portada de álbum
diferente perteneciente al mismo grupo musical o cantante. Unas
flechas de dirección (930, 935) permiten mediante la pulsación de
dichas flechas hacer desfilar en las pequeñas ventanas las
diferentes portadas no presentadas bien hacia arriba (930) o hacia
abajo (935), disponibles para el mismo grupo o cantante.
En otro modo de realización del interfaz
representado en la figura 10, este está distribuido en dos
subventanas, una primera (100ª) que incluye una pluralidad de
pequeñas zonas de subventanas (101 a 106) en las cuales se
representa una imagen diferente de cada portada de álbum en cada
subventana (101 a 106). Unas flechas de desplazamiento no
representadas e idénticas a las de la figura 9 (930, 935) permiten
presentar las demás portadas disponibles. En una zona suplementaria
de esta ventana (100ª) figuran los criterios de selección, por
ejemplo por novedades (111), por artistas populares (112), por
nombres de artistas (113) o por álbumes (114). La otra mitad (100B)
de la ventana principal está dividida en dos partes, una primera
parte que incluye tres criterios de selección: un primero por
categoría (109), un segundo por índice (108) y un tercero por género
(110). En la segunda parte de la segunda mitad (100B), el usuario
tiene la posibilidad de seleccionar uno de los períodos decenales
presentados, por ejemplo en las pantallas alfanuméricas (1071 a
1076) en las que se presenta en cada una década cubriendo, por
ejemplo, el medio siglo transcurrido entre 1940 y 1990. De este
modo, como puede comprenderse, el software de interfaz de pantalla
táctil asocia a cada una de las zonas de la pantalla táctil
correspondiente a una zona de presentación un criterio de selección
utilizado como criterio de búsqueda en la base de datos para acceder
a las informaciones gráficas alfanuméricas o de audio disponibles en
esta. A este criterio se le asocia, según las necesidades, un
incremento en el número de ventanas que se presentan una sola vez en
la pantalla para seleccionar, por ejemplo, el número de
informaciones gráficas correspondiente al número máximo de portadas
presentadas en la pantalla.
Adicionalmente, un módulo de interfaz de
programación (153) de la pantalla táctil (33) está asociado de forma
que la pulsación de las distintas zonas correspondientes a las
zonas de acción o a las flechas de desplazamiento sea interpretado
correctamente por este módulo de interfaz (153).
Igualmente, cada módulo gráfico incluirá un
módulo que permitirá posteriormente la explotación de la base de
datos (16) que se describirá conjuntamente con la figura 7. Esta
explotación de la base de datos permite, al accionar el botón
"popular", por ejemplo, presentar sucesivamente en cada una de
las pantallas de presentación (101 a 106, o 931 a 934), las
imágenes de un álbum y diferentes nombres de artistas de música
popular disponibles.
El sistema operativo multitarea constituye uno
de los elementos esenciales para permitir la ejecución simultánea
de múltiples fragmentos de códigos y para gestionar las prioridades
entre las diferentes tareas que se realizan.
Dicho sistema operativo multitarea está
organizado, como se muestra en la figura 3, en torno a un núcleo que
incluye un módulo (11) de resolución de las prioridades entre
tareas, un módulo (12) supervisor de las tareas, un módulo (13) de
esterilización y un módulo (14) del proceso de comunicaciones. Cada
uno de los módulos se comunica con unos interfaces (15) de
programación de aplicaciones y con la base de datos (16). Existen
tantos interfaces de programación como aplicaciones. De este modo,
el módulo (15) incluye un primer interfaz (151) de programación
para el conmutador de llave (32), un segundo interfaz (152) de
programación para el mando a distancia (31), un tercer interfaz
(153) de programación para la pantalla táctil (33), un cuarto
interfaz (154) de programación para el teclado (34), un quinto
interfaz (155) de programación para el dispositivo de pago (35), un
sexto interfaz de programación (156) para el circuito de control de
sonido (5), un séptimo interfaz de programación (157) para el
circuito (6) de control de vídeo y un último interfaz (158) para el
circuito (4) de control de las telecomunicaciones.
El núcleo (kernel) del sistema operativo
gestiona cinco tareas con un orden de prioridades decreciente, la
primera (76) para las entradas/salidas de vídeo con prioridad más
elevada, la segunda (75) de nivel 2 para el sonido, la tercera (74)
de nivel tres para la gestión de las telecomunicaciones, la cuarta
(73) de nivel cuatro los interfaces y la quinta (70) de nivel cinco
la gestión. Estos órdenes de prioridades serán tenidos en cuenta
por el módulo (11) de resolución de prioridades en la medida en que
aparezca o desaparezca una tarea. De este modo, cuando aparece una
tarea de vídeo se suspenden las demás tareas que están ejecutándose,
otorgándose la prioridad a dicha tarea y asignándose todos los
recursos del sistema a la tarea de vídeo. La tarea de vídeo (76) de
salida tiene por objeto descargar los ficheros de vídeo de la
memoria de masa (21) alternativamente hacia una de las dos memorias
tampón (66, 67), mientras que la otra memoria tampón (67,
respectivamente 66) es utilizada por el circuito (6) controlador de
vídeo para producir la presentación tras la descompresión de los
datos. En la entrada, la tarea de vídeo (76) tiene por objeto la
transferencia de los datos recibidos en la memoria tampón de
telecomunicaciones (46) hacia la memoria de masa (21) y una de las
dos memorias tampón (26) de la memoria de masa (21). Sucede lo
mismo con la tarea de sonido (75), por una parte de entrada, entre
la memoria tampón de telecomunicaciones (46) y la memoria tampón
(26) de la memoria de masa (21) y por otra parte, de salida, entre
la memoria tampón (26) de la memoria de masa (21) y una de las dos
memorias tampón (56, 57) del circuito (5) controlador del
sonido.
El módulo supervisor de tareas (12) va a
describirse seguidamente en conjunción con la figura 4. Este módulo
efectúa en el orden de prioridades una primera prueba (761) para
determinar si la tarea de vídeo está activa, es decir, si una de
las memorias tampón de vídeo (66, 67) está vacía. En el caso de que
la respuesta sea negativa, el módulo supervisor de tareas pasa a la
siguiente prueba, que es una segunda prueba (751) para determinar
si está activa la tarea de sonido, es decir, si se encuentra vacía
una de las memorias tampón (56, 57). En caso de respuesta negativa
una tercera prueba (71) determina si está activa la tarea de
comunicaciones, es decir, si está vacía la memoria tampón (46).
Tras una respuesta afirmativa a una de las pruebas, el módulo
supervisor de tareas (12) rellena, en la etapa (131), la fila de
solicitud (13) de acceso a memoria, y ejecuta en la etapa (132)
dicha solicitud en lectura o escritura entre la memoria de masa (21)
y la memoria tampón correspondiente a la tarea activa, desembocando
otra vez nuevamente en la primera prueba. Cuando la prueba (741)
sobre la actividad de una comunicación es afirmativa, el supervisor
(12) efectúa una prueba para determinar si se trata de leer o de
escribir información en la memoria. En caso afirmativo, la solicitud
de lectura o escritura se pone en la cola en la etapa (131). De lo
contrario, el supervisor determina, en la etapa (743), si se trata
de una transmisión o de una recepción, y en el caso de una
transmisión, envía en la etapa (744) el bloque de informaciones al
servidor central. En caso de recepción, el supervisor verifica, en
la etapa (746) que las memorias tampón del núcleo tienen acceso
libre, y en caso afirmativo, envía un mensaje al servidor central
para aceptar la recepción de un bloque de datos en la etapa (747).
En caso contrario, desemboca nuevamente en las pruebas iniciales.
Tras la recepción de un bloque, se lleva a cabo un control de
errores (748) del tipo de redundancia cíclica CRC (Cyclic Redundant
Check). El bloque se rechaza en la etapa (740) en caso de error, o
se acepta en el caso contrario, mediante el envío de un mensaje
correspondiente al servidor central, indicando la aceptación o el
rechazo del bloque que lleva un número determinado, volviendo
después de nuevo a los tests iniciales. En el caso de que no se
encuentre activa ninguna tarea de nivel superior, el supervisor
efectúa, en la etapa (731 o 701) el tratamiento de las tareas de
interfaz o de gestión, regresando después a las pruebas
iniciales.
La detección de una tarea activa o dispuesta se
efectúa, como se representa en la figura 5 mediante una prueba
realizada respectivamente (721 a 761) en cada una de las memorias
tampón hardware o software respectivas (26) del disco duro (36),
del interfaz (46), de telecomunicaciones (56 y 57), de sonido (66 y
67) y de vídeo que se encuentran asociados a cada uno de los
respectivos circuitos controladores (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) de cada uno de
los dispositivos de hardware asociados a la unidad central (1). La
prueba (721) permite ver si se encuentran datos presentes en la
memoria tampón de entrada/salida de disco, la prueba (731) permite
ver si se encuentran presentes datos en las memorias tampón de
hardware o software del dispositivo de interfaz cliente, la prueba
(741) permite ver si se encuentran presentes datos en las memorias
tampón de hardware o software del dispositivo de
telecomunicaciones, la prueba (751) permite ver si se encuentran
presentes datos en las memorias tampón de hardware o software del
sonido, y la prueba (761) permite ver si se encuentran presentes
datos en las memorias tampón de hardware o software del dispositivo
de vídeo. Si una o varias de estas memorias tampón se encuentran
llenas de datos, el supervisor (12) pone la o las memorias tampón de
estado respectivas (821) para el disco duro, (831), para el
interfaz, (841), para las telecomunicaciones, (851), para el sonido
(861) para el vídeo correspondiente al material en un estado lógico
ilustrativo de la actividad.
De lo contrario, las memorias tampón de estado
del supervisor se vuelven a poner en la etapa (800) a un valor
ilustrativo de la inactividad.
El estado de funcionamiento del sistema se
mantiene en el disco duro.
Cada vez que se produce un evento notable, el
sistema lo graba en disco inmediatamente.
De este modo, en el caso de que se produzca una
avería eléctrica o una rotura del equipo, el sistema podrá arrancar
exactamente en el punto en el que se interrumpió.
Los eventos que desencadenan la copia de
seguridad del estado de funcionamiento son:
- -
- entrada de dinero (añadir créditos);
- -
- añadir una selección a la cola de espera;
- -
- fin de una selección (cambio de la selección escuchada actualmente).
El fichero está en un formato máquina legible
por la unidad, y sólo ocupa 64 octetos.
Debido, por una parte, al modo de gestión de
tareas, que asigna la prioridad más elevada a la tarea de vídeo, y
por otra parte a la presencia de las memorias tampón hardware o
software asignadas a cada una de las tareas para memorizar
temporalmente los datos, y la presencia de memorias tampón de estado
relativas a cada tarea, es posible gestionar todas estas tareas
mediante una unidad central con un sistema operativo multitarea que
ofrezca la posibilidad de presentación de vídeo, es decir, de
imágenes animadas, en lugar de una representación gráfica, en la
que las informaciones a procesar son menos complejas. Esta
utilización de la presentación de vídeo puede igualmente llevarse a
cabo sin penalizar el tratamiento del sonido debido al hecho de que
el circuito (5) del controlador de sonido incluye unas memorias
tampón con las dimensiones suficientes para memorizar una cantidad
de datos comprimidos suficiente, a fin de permitir, durante el
tratamiento del sonido, la transferencia de datos de vídeo hacia una
de las memorias tampón (66, 67) de vídeo a la espera de la siguiente
transferencia de datos de sonido.
Además, el sistema operativo multitarea incluye
una librería que contiene un conjunto de herramientas y servicios,
que permite facilitar muy significativamente la explotación, debido
al hecho de su integración en los medios de memorización y de la
gran flexibilidad así aportada. Concretamente, gracias a esto, es
posible crear un universo multimedia gestionando, de forma sencilla
y eficaz, la reproducción simultánea de sonidos, la presentación de
imágenes o gráficos, la animación de vídeo y el interfaz con el
usuario. La base de datos (16) está formada, como se muestra en la
figura 7, por varias bases.
Una primera (161) se refiere a los títulos de
los fragmentos audiovisuales, una segunda (162) a los artistas, una
tercera a los sellos (LABEL), una cuarta (164) a los álbumes, y una
quinta (165) a los royalties. La primera base (161) incluye una
primera información (1611) que ofrece el título del fragmento, una
segunda información (1612) que ofrece la identificación del
producto, siendo única dicha información. Una tercera información
(1613) permite conocer la categoría, a saber, jazz, clásico,
variedades, etc. Una cuarta información (1614) permite conocer la
fecha de actualización. Una quinta información (1615) permite
conocer la longitud necesaria para ejecutar el fragmento.
La sexta información (1616) es un enlace con la
base de royalties.
La séptima información (1617) es un enlace con
el álbum. La octava información (1618) es un enlace con una de las
dos etiquetas "LABEL".
La novena información (1619) ofrece el coste de
adquisición para el encargado del juke-box.
La décima información (1620) ofrece el coste de
los royalties por cada ejecución del fragmento.
La undécima información (1610) es un enlace con
la base de artistas. Este enlace está formado por la identidad del
artista. La base de datos del artista incluye, aparte de la
identidad del artista, constituida por la información (1621), una
segunda información (1622) constituida por el nombre del artista o
el nombre del grupo.
La base de las informaciones del álbum incluye
una primera información, que es la identidad del álbum (1641) que
constituye el enlace con la séptima información (1617) de la base de
títulos. Una segunda información (1642) constituye el título, una
tercera información (1643) está constituida por la fecha de
actualización del álbum, y una cuarta información (1644) está
constituida por una identidad de etiqueta (LABEL).
Cuando se está reproduciendo una selección de
audio o audiovisual, la pulsación de la pantalla provoca la
búsqueda por nombre de artista en los diferentes álbumes, y la
presentación de un número de diferentes álbumes de un mismo
cantante o grupo disponible en la base, y que se corresponde con el
número de ventanas o pantallas de presentación. Si el número de
álbumes es superior al número de n de ventanas, el software
presenta, solamente los n álbumes siguientes correspondientes al
álbum reproducido, y el usuario puede presentarlos pulsando las
flechas de barrido. Cuando el juke-box no ejecuta
ningún fragmento musical, o una selección audiovisual, el programa
inicia, por ejemplo, mediante una exploración aleatoria de la base
de datos, la presentación a intervalos regulares de lotes de
imágenes de las diferentes portadas disponibles en la base de datos
mediante selección aleatoria o mediante otros criterios de
selección determinados por programa. El accionamiento de una zona
de la pantalla asociada a un criterio de selección inicia un
programa de búsqueda en la base de datos de los datos
correspondientes a los criterios, para permitir seguidamente el
envío de estos datos al software de gestión de presentación para
asegurar la presentación, en cada una de las ventanas, de las
imágenes correspondientes a los datos seleccionados en base al
criterio activado.
De este modo, cuando se trata de memorias
tampón, debe recordarse que estas pueden estar presentes, bien
físicamente o en el circuito al que han sido asignadas, o bien
realizadas por software, reservando unos emplazamientos de
memorización en la memoria del sistema.
Claims (15)
1. Procedimiento de selección de una grabación
en un sistema de reproducción audiovisual que incluye un
microprocesador, una memoria de masa (21) en la que se almacena una
base de datos (16) de grabaciones sonoras digitalizadas de
diferentes artistas e informaciones gráficas correspondientes a las
portadas de álbum asociadas a cada una de las grabaciones sonoras
digitalizadas, un dispositivo de audio, medios de presentación, un
sistema de comunicaciones y un sistema operativo multitarea que
permiten un tratamiento simultáneo de las operaciones del
microprocesador, del dispositivo de audio y del sistema de
comunicaciones, estando el procedimiento caracterizado porque
consiste:
- en presentar mediante los medios de
presentación, consistentes en una pantalla táctil (33), al menos,
dos zonas de ventana (92, 93) una de las cuales incluye al menos
una pluralidad de ventanas (931, 932, 933, 934),
- en enviar a cada una de las ventanas (931,
932, 933, 934), al menos, dicha zona de la ventana (93) mediante la
selección de los datos necesarios para su presentación,
informaciones gráficas, almacenadas en formato digital en la
memoria de masa (21), representativas de una imagen de una portada
de álbum asociada a cada ventana (931, 932, 933, 934), estando
grabadas en formato digital en la memoria de masa (21) del sistema,
las grabaciones sonoras correspondientes a cada imagen de una
portada.
- en utilizar un software de interfaz (153) de
la pantalla táctil (33) para asociar al menos una dirección de
acceso a las informaciones de la base de datos (16) almacenada en la
memoria de masa (21) para cada ventana (931, 932, 933, 934) en la
que se presenta una imagen de una portada de álbum, cuando el
usuario acciona una de ellas.
- mediante una selección táctil efectuada por el
usuario en la zona local de la pantalla (33) correspondiente a una
de las ventanas (931, 932, 933, 934) en la que se presenta la imagen
de una portada de álbum, en desencadenar una selección efectiva de
las informaciones relativas al álbum representado por su portada, y
la presentación, en una zona distinta de la zona (93) que sirve
para presentar las imágenes de portadas de álbum, una lista de las
grabaciones sonoras del álbum seleccionado que se encuentren
disponibles en la base de datos (16).
2. Procedimiento de acuerdo con la
reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el accionamiento de
una de las ventanas provoca la presentación simultánea de la
portada (92) correspondiente y de los diferentes títulos que pueden
seleccionarse, asociados a esta representación de la portada,
efectuándose la selección de un título accionando uno de los
títulos de la lista (94), efectuándose la reproducción (95) que
ordena la ejecución de un título seleccionado.
3. Procedimiento de acuerdo con la
reivindicación 1 o 2, caracterizado porque una zona de la
pantalla, en forma de banda, (93) incluye numerosas pantallas de
presentación gráfica (931 a 934) en las que se presentan las
imágenes de las portadas del mismo cantante que se encuentran
disponibles en el sistema de reproducción audiovisual.
4. Procedimiento de acuerdo con la
reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque en la banda o la zona
de la pantalla se efectúa la presentación de unas flechas (930,
935) para permitir, mediante el accionamiento de una de dichas
flechas, que vayan desfilando, en un sentido o en otro, las demás
imágenes de portadas no presentadas en las ventanas o las pantallas
de presentación antes de accionar una flecha.
5. Procedimiento de acuerdo con una de las
reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque en la zona de
ventana que permite la presentación en cada ventana (101 a 106) de
la imagen de una portada se le asocia una zona de ventana que
incluye representaciones de los criterios de selección, cuyas
direcciones respectivas permiten extraer de la base de datos (16)
las informaciones que responden a dichos criterios cuando, mediante
el accionamiento de la pantalla (33) por el usuario, se ha
seleccionado un criterio.
6. Procedimiento de acuerdo con la
reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque el criterio de
selección está formado por las últimas décadas diferentes (1071 a
1076).
7. Procedimiento de acuerdo con la
reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque el criterio de
selección está constituido por la categoría (109).
8. Procedimiento de acuerdo con la
reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque el criterio de
selección está constituido por un índice (108).
9. Sistema de reproducción audiovisual, que
incluye:

- un microprocesador (1) asociado a un dispositivo de pago (35),
- -
- medios de memoria de masa (21) para, entre otras cosas, almacenar en formato digital comprimido grabaciones sonoras a ejecutar y sus grabaciones visuales asociadas,

- interfaces (153) conectados a unos medios digitales (33, 61, 62) de presentación, y unos medios digitales de reproducción sonora (54),
- -
- un monitor de vídeo (62) conectado a una pantalla táctil (33), que está controlada por un programa de interfaz (153) que le permite reaccionar al contacto de un usuario sobre una pantalla táctil (33), permitiendo dicho programa de interfaz traducir dichos contactos mediante el sistema de explotación como eventos de ratón que inician, a través de una librería de herramientas y servicios integrados, la modificación del desarrollo de uno de los módulos del programa de interfaz (153),
- estando caracterizado dicho sistema de reproducción audiovisual porque el monitor de vídeo (62) incluye un módulo de funcionamiento que permite presentar en la pantalla táctil (33), al menos, dos zonas de ventana (92, 93), una de las cuales incluye al menos una pluralidad de ventanas (931, 932, 933, 934) que representan imágenes de las portadas del álbum, incluyendo cada ventana (931, 932, 933, 934) una imagen de portada de álbum que está asociada al menos a una dirección de acceso a las informaciones de la base de datos (16) almacenada en la memoria de masa (21), sirviendo dicho programa de interfaz (53) para iniciar, mediante una selección táctil del usuario en la zona local de la pantalla (33) correspondiente a una de las ventanas (931, 932, 933, 934) en las que se presenta la imagen de una portada de álbum, una selección efectiva de las informaciones relativas al álbum representado mediante su portada y presentar mediante el módulo de funcionamiento del monitor de vídeo (62) en una zona (92) distinta de la zona (93) que sirve para presentar las imágenes de portadas de álbum, una lista de las grabaciones sonoras del álbum seleccionado disponibles en la base de datos (16).
10. Sistema de reproducción audiovisual, de
acuerdo con la reivindicación 9, caracterizado porque al
menos una de las zonas de la ventana incluye una pluralidad de
ventanas que representan imágenes de las portadas, y porque la otra
zona de la ventana incluye la presentación de una pluralidad de
criterios de búsqueda en la base de datos de las grabaciones
visuales o sonoras que responden a la información presentada en la
pantalla.
11. Sistema de reproducción audiovisual, de
acuerdo con la reivindicación 10, caracterizado porque el
criterio de búsqueda es la selección de un número de álbumes
correspondiente al número de ventanas que pueden presentarse en la
pantalla y al número de informaciones gráficas asociadas.
12. Sistema de reproducción audiovisual, de
acuerdo con la reivindicación 11, caracterizado porque la
exploración de la base de datos (16) se efectúa aumentando el
número de ventanas que pueden presentarse en la pantalla de
selección.
13. Sistema de reproducción audiovisual, de
acuerdo con la reivindicación 12, caracterizado porque el
criterio de selección corresponde a la categoría (109).
14. Sistema de reproducción audiovisual, de
acuerdo con la reivindicación 13, caracterizado porque el
criterio de selección es un período de tiempo determinado (1071 a
1076).
15. Sistema de reproducción audiovisual, de
acuerdo con la reivindicación 9, caracterizado porque el
módulo de funcionamiento del monitor de vídeo (62) permite
presentar al menos dos zonas de ventana en la pantalla táctil (33),
incluyendo al menos una de las zonas de la ventana una pluralidad de
