Abstract

Procedimiento para producir un fleje de acero de alta resistencia, en el que se cuela acero líquido en al menos una máquina de colada continua (1) con una o más cuerdas para formar una palanquilla y, utilizando el calor de colada, se transporta a través de un dispositivo de horno (7), experimenta una laminación preliminar en un dispositivo de laminación preliminar (10) y, en un dispositivo de laminación final (14), se somete a una laminación de acabado para formar un fleje de acero con el grosor final deseado, y, en un procedimiento continuo, sin fin o casi sin fin, la palanquilla experimenta un laminac ión preliminar en, esencialmente, el intervalo austenítico en el dispositivo de laminación preliminar (10) y, en el dispositivo de laminación final (14), se lamina en el intervalo austenítico o, en al menos un bastidor del dispositivo de laminación final, se lamina en el intervalo austenítico-ferrítico de dos fases y el fleje laminado austenítico o austenítico-ferrítico, después de abandonarel dispositivo de laminación final (14), se enfría rápida mente con el fin de obtener la estructura deseada, con lo que se lamina el fleje, en el dispositivo de laminación final (14), a una temperatura a la cual está presente una cantidad deseada de ferrita, y porque el fleje que abandona el dispositivo de laminación final (14) se enfría rápidamen te a una temperatura por debajo de Ms (inicio de martensita) dentro del intervalo de temperatura en el que se forma la martensita.
