Abstract

Motor de combustión interna de cuatro tiempos con encendido externo e inyección directa de un carburante con una boquilla de inyección (22) en una cámara de combustión (28), al menos un canal de admisión (14) con válvula de admisión (15) y al menos un canal de salida (16) con válvula de salida (17), en donde la válvula de admisión (15) y la válvula de salida (17) están dispuestas en lados opuestos de la cámara de combustión (28) y en donde la boquilla de inyección (22) está dispuesta por el lado de la válvula de admisión, y con al menos una cubeta (32; 36, 38) formada en una cabeza de pistón (12) por el lado de la válvula de admisión, en donde un pistón (10) presenta un eje medio longitudinal (30) que se extiende en la dirección de movimiento del mismo, en donde la cubeta (32; 36, 38) está dispuesta por el lado de la válvula de admisión y está con- figurada respecto de la válvula de admisión (15) y la boquilla de inyección (22) con al menos un tramo de borde del contorno periférico queforma el punto más alto de la cabeza (12) del pistón de tal manera que un flujo de aire (26) que entra desde el canal de admisión (14) formado de manera correspondiente, a través de la válvula de admisión (15), en la cámara de combustión (28) y un chorro de inyección (24) que entra desde la boquilla de inyección (22) en la cámara de com- bustión (28) entran en la cubeta (32; 36, 38) por lados opuestos, en donde está formado también en la cabeza (12) del pistón un resalto (34) que divide la cubeta (32) transversalmente a la dirección de inyección en una cubeta de carburante (36) y una cubeta de aire (38) de tal manera que el chorro de inyección (24) entra en la cubeta de carburante (36) por un lado opuesto al resalto (34) y el flujo de aire (26) entra en la cubeta de aire (38) por un lado opuesto al resalto (34) en dirección contraria con respecto al chorro de inyección (24), caracterizado porque en el plano de corte - la artesa de carburante (36) presenta una profundidad tKa entre el resalto (34) y un borde inferior de la cubeta de carburante de 4 mm a 12 mm, - la cubeta de aire (38) presenta una profundidad tL, con respecto a un borde de la cubeta de aire opuesto al resalto (34), de 2 mm a 10 mm, - una tangente de una pared de la cubeta de carburante en un borde de esta cubeta opuesto al resalto (34) encierra con el eje medio longitudinal (30) un ángulo ''YK1 de 40° a 62°, y - una tangente de una pared de la cubeta de aire en un borde de la cubeta de carburante opuesto al resalto (34) encierra con el eje medio longitudinal (30) un ángulo yL1 de 30° a 62°.
