LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN NEUMATICO DE CAUCHO QUE TIENE UNA BANDA DE RODAMIENTO DE CAUCHO PENSADA PARA QUE ENTRE EN CONTACTO CON EL TERRENO QUE ES RELATIVAMENTE AISLANTE ELECTRICAMENTE Y QUE TIENE AL MENOS UNA TIRA DE CAUCHO DELGADA, ESTRECHA, REFORZADA CON NEGRO DE CARBON SOLIDARIA CON LA SUPERFICIE EXTERIOR, O CARA, DE DICHO NEUMATICO, EXTENDIENDOSE CADA TIRA LATERALMENTE A TRAVES DE LA BANDA DE RODAMIENTO HASTA CADA UNO DE LOS FLANCOS REFORZADOS CON NEGRO DE CARBON DEL NEUMATICO. EN UNA REALIZACION DE LA INVENCION, DICHA TIRA DE CAUCHO EXTERIOR SE EXTIENDE LATERALMENTE A TRAVES DE LA SUPERFICIE EXTERIOR DE LA BANDA DE RODAMIENTO DISEÑADA PARA QUE ENTRE EN CONTACTO CON EL TERRENO Y SE CONECTA A LOS FLANCOS REFORZADOS CON NEGRO DE CARBON DEL NEUMATICO PARA CREAR UN CIRCUITO DE RESISTENCIA ELECTRICA REDUCIDA DESDE LA SUPERFICIE EXTERIOR DE LA BANDA DE RODAMIENTO DEL NEUMATICO HASTA LA PORCION DE BANDA DE RODAMIENTO DE LA CARCASA DEL NEUMATICO Y, ASI, TAL CIRCUITO DE RESISTENCIA ELECTRICAREDUCIDA DESDE UN VEHICULO HASTA LA SUPERFICIE DE LA CARRETERA. EN OTRA REALIZACION DE LA INVENCION, LA BANDA DE RODAMIENTO DE CAUCHO ANTEDICHA A ENTRAR EN CONTACTO CON EL TERRENO ESTA REFORZADA PRINCIPALMENTE CON SILICE.
