LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN NEUMATICO DE CAUCHO QUE TIENE UNA BANDA DE RODAMIENTO DE CAUCHO PENSADA PARA QUE ENTRE EN CONTACTO CON EL TERRENO QUE ES RELATIVAMENTE AISLANTE ELECTRICAMENTE Y QUE TIENE AL MENOS UNA TIRA DE CAUCHO DELGADA, ESTRECHA, REFORZADA CON NEGRO DE CARBON SOLIDARIA CON LA SUPERFICIE EXTERIOR, O CARA, DE DICHO NEUMATICO, EXTENDIENDOSE CADA TIRA LATERALMENTE A TRAVES DE LA BANDA DE RODAMIENTO HASTA CADA UNO DE LOS FLANCOS REFORZADOS CON NEGRO DE CARBON DEL NEUMATICO.
