PARA LA MEDICION SIN CONTACTO DE LAS DISTANCIAS A UNOS PUNTOS DE MEDICION (12) SITUADOS DENTRO DE UNA ZONA DE SUPERVISION (11) Y SU CORRESPONDIENTE TEMPERATURA, EL DISPOSITIVO DE EXTINCION DE INCENDIOS (1) PRESENTA UN DISPOSITIVO DE MEDICION A DISTANCIA (10), ACOPLADO CON UN DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROL (9) PARA LA ORIENTACION AUTOMATICA DEL LANZADOR (2) HACIA UN PUNTO DE MEDICION (12) EN EL QUE SE HA DETECTADO UN INCENDIO. PARA DETECTAR PUNTOS DE INCENDIO SE COMPARAN EN EL DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROL (9) AL MENOS LOS VALORES MEDIDOS DE TEMPERATURA, CON AL MENOS UNOS VALORES DE REFERENCIA CARACTERISTICOS DE UN INCENDIO.
