Abstract

PURPOSE:To recognize the temperature deviation of a body to be measured from the determined temperature of the body to be measured by putting a temperature detecting element in an enclosure hermetically and fitting a temperature controller which controls the temperature in said enclosure to constant temperature in said housing. CONSTITUTION:The temperature controller 1A fitted in the enclosure 5 controls the temperature in the enclosure 5 to constant temperature. Under the control of this temperature controller 1A, the temperature detecting element 6 in the enclosure 5 has invariably the same characteristics to the temperature of the body to be measured. For the purpose, the temperature in the enclosure 5 is controlled to the temperature of the body to be measured and then the deviation of temperature relative to the determined temperature of the body to be measured is obtained as the output of the temperature detecting element.
