While the output is generated from frequency counter 21, the output is generated from AND gate 23, and confirmation indicator lamp 24 is lit. When the output of frequency counter 21 is stopped, the output is generated from NAND gate 25, and the set temperature of temperature cpntrolled part 22 is controlled by the output of auxiliary temperature sensor 26.
