LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EFECTUAR AUTOMATICAMENTE UN PROCESO DE ENDEREZAMIENTO DE UN OBJETO QUE DEBA SER ENDEREZADO, COMO POR EJEMPLO UNA CHAPA METALICA, FLEJES, PERFILES, TUBOS Y, EN PARTICULAR, PARA OBJETOS DEL TIPO DE ALAMBRES O ALAMBRES MULTIPLES, QUE DEBEN SER ENDEREZADOS, EN UN DISPOSITIVO DE ENDEREZAMIENTO O MAQUINA NIVELADORA, CON AL MENOS UN RODILLO DE ENDEREZAR, QUE PUEDE SER AJUSTADO POR UN ACCIONADOR. SEGUN LA INVENCION, SE PREPARAN UN MODELO DE SIMULACION DE PROCESO DE UN PROCESO DE ENDEREZAMIENTO QUE DEBE REALIZARSE, Y UN PROGRAMA DE SIMULACION DE PROCESO, Y ESTE ULTIMO PROPORCIONA DIRECTAMENTE "ON-LINE" LAS REGULACIONES DEL RODILLO O RODILLOS DE ENDEREZAMIENTO AJUSTABLES. DURANTE EL PROCESO DE ENDEREZAMIENTO, SE REGISTRAN LOS CAMBIOS EN LOS DATOS DEL PRODUCTO, EN PARTICULAR LAS CARACTERISTICAS DEL MATERIAL Y/O LAS DIMENSIONES DEL OBJETO QUE DEBE ENDEREZARSE Y QUE INFLUYEN EN LA REALIZACION DEL PROCESO DE ENDEREZAMIENTO Y, A PARTIR DE AQUI, SE CALCULAN IGUALMENTE LOS DATOS PARA AJUSTAR EL RODILLO O RODILLOS DE ENDEREZAMIENTO AJUSTABLE, Y SE EMITEN SEÑALES PARA LA REGULACION AUTOMATICA DEL RODILLO O RODILLOS ENDEREZADORES AJUSTABLES, POR MEDIO DE UNO Y/O VARIOS ACCIONADORES.
