Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para controlar y/o regular una estación de aire comprimido que comprende por lo menos una pluralidad de compresoras interconectadas, opcionalmente, que tienen especificaciones técnicas diferentes, y otros dispositivos opcionales adicionales del sistema de aire comprimido, que opcionalmente, es capaz de implementar ciclos de control, así como estrategias de conmutación, por medio de un controlador de sistema electrónico para influenciar la cantidad de un fluido a presión en la estación de aire comprimido, disponible en todo momento para uno o más consumidores de la estación de aire comprimido, así como ajustar adaptativamente la cantidad de fluido a presión disponible en todo momento para uno o más consumidores de la estación de aire comprimido, a condiciones de operación futuras de la estación de aire comprimido, basadas en la cantidad de fluido a presión extraído de la estación de aire comprimido; donde, antes de que se inicie una estrategia de conmutación, se analizan diferentes estrategias de conmutación en un método de simulación previa, basado en un modelo de la estación de aire comprimido, y se selecciona la estrategia de conmutación comparativamente más ventajosa de entre las estrategias de conmutación analizadas, sobre la base de por lo menos un criterio de funcionamiento fijo, y se remite la estrategia de conmutación seleccionada al controlador de sistema para su implementación en la estación de aire comprimido.
